Absolutely ruined Eras Tour

Worst experience of my life. My cousin was scared to attend Eras Tour general admission crowd and I had a seat ticket and ebilet did not allow us to swap tickets and change the names even though I emphasized that we need to change. Absolutely awful, I don’t want to ever buy tickets there because the service is not helpful at all.

Huge help!!!

Would like to say a very big THANK YOU to all employees of e-bilet, especially to Andrii, Victoria and Yurii. They’ve been very helpful and supportive. Always been in contact with us, answering and checking on all our requests. We got a big delay of our flight and missed the next one, they managed to change our flight for the next day to another port. Even Lufthansa service centre in Frankfurt airport didn’t help us as much as they did.
Thank you very much one more time!!!
