Is this government or a private scam…

Is this government or a private scam company?So quick to take money from my account, application showed as unsuccessful payment, tried 20 times calling pesa flow but no one answered the phone, 20 fckn times!!
Sent an email which no one responded to.
Why start an online self service web portal if all systems are not in place?
I've been to different parts of the world and used government services and as a Kenyan I'm sorry to say this is the most useless govt portal.

Scam alert!!!

Scam alert!!! Do NOT use their service!!!! I had NEVER heard of these scam artists until it was too late. I have NEVER been to Kenya let alone Nairobi. These scammers somehow hacked my bank accounts and stole over $1300 from my accounts....

After 18 days and three emails asking…

After 18 days and three emails asking about when I might expect an answer on my "pending" application for a Kenyan visa, I have to rate ecitizen the lowest as they took my payment immediately but never once responded to me. Perhaps this is a scam? It turns out I was not dealing with the Kenyan government office via ecitizen, according to another visa expediter, whom I should have used in the first place!
