The delivery side was fine but the product has nothing near the power promised. It’s about the same as I get from my garden hose.

I wait to see if I get a refund before I say any more.

This company is nothing but a scam. This product, it turns out can be purchased almost anywhere for a quarter of what these people ask. I’m supposed to get 14 days to ask for a refund and what a surprise, now only crickets. I can’t even hook this up to my hose. I promise you this, Ecom, you ignore me, don’t refund my money and I will put this post up in a million places. I’m retired and have the time to do just that. You shouldn’t be selling junk at an exorbitant price, taking advantage of people.

I will not be getting rid of my power cleaner as this item did not remove the hard to clear dark grime. Good for car wash and reaching heights Will try with cleaning liquids and see if this will help.

The product is absolute garbage. Just another ploy someone trying to make a quick buck using ai to create a good looking ad but in reality the product sucks. Nothing beats a good compressor. These people need to be put in jail for hyping suck a crap product.

You useless packet of amateur wankers. The package has been delivered to the wrong address despite the fact that I sent you an E-mail on the same day as order was placed. You obviously took no ' notice of this communication what so ever.

The delivery part was fine...but I have not taken the product out of the package. It is too cold here in Canada, to turn on the outside water and connect the hose. However, from what other reviewers have reported, I think I have been the victim of a scam. If the product proves to be good, I will update my review. I have learned a lesson from all of this. Don't fall for online questionable advertising.

I had to buy an additional part to attach to my hose. And when attached it had virtually no water pressure at all. Nothing but a plastic scam. Nothing like the video's. Hope I can get MN y money back, $70 with shipping. Total rip off.

Shipping was faster than expected. That is why i gave 2 stars. The product itself is a joke!! There is no power in this spray nozzle and it is so cheaply made i wouldn’t expect it to last! Cheap plastic where it was represented to be metal with brass fittings. This is complete junk and if i can figure out how to send it back, I will be.

Water Jet Pressure washer arrive without the fitting to allow connection to a standard US garden hose. Required e mail to Company requesting proper fitting. Unable to assess ability of "Pressure Washer" to actually pressure wash vs standard garden hose nozzle. Will update this post when resolved by Company or I request and receive a refund.

The physical delivery was fine. The product was 8 individually boxed Hosta plants. The plants were shipped in boxes and externally the boxes themselves looked undamaged.
Unfortunately the plants inside were pretty beat up with many broken leaves.
Intend to plant and hope for the best.

Scam, does not do what it's supposed to do as advertised. Quality is poor delivery was insanely bad, just left the package in front of my door for everybody to steal. I feel robbed.

Looked like a shady website automatically adding items to cart (protection, warranty), item is actually a $25 speaker sold for $114. I cannot find anywhere for customer support nor return policy. This company is a scam with super high marketing strategy.

Nothing has been delivered although your message claims otherwise. Your driver either did not deliver or delivered to an incorrect a address. Can't give zero stars but I would if it was available. Please make good on a proper deliver assp.

This is an update: received saw chain sharpener the following day. However when I went to use it I found it to be a cheap knockoff of the Timberline chain sharpener that was neither accurate or time saving. Looking over other similar products on line the amount I paid for this item is 3 times what you can find elsewhere and probably not a nickel better...junk do not buy.

Not fit for purpose, this is advertised as an exceptional power spray gun, nothing of the sort. A plastic garden hose attachment which does not fit hose fittings properly. No more pressure than normal hose gun, very disappointed. Tracking non existent. An expensive mistake on my part, you live and learn. I will not buy anything on the internet unless it has maker's information.

I did not receive garden hose adaptor and cannot use this product without this. Attempts to begin a return request unsuccessful.

Prompt delivery, attractive packaging, device appears well constructed. They gave the impression on TV that they had managed to bypass the Laws of Physics with this gadget. Chaps, you cannot do that, and the performance is only like putting a finger over the open end of a hosepipe. Domestic water press is what it is. I’m very disappointed with the gadget and I should have known better than to buy it.

Bought 2 based on advertising. The device does not connect to standard garden hose as suggested.
Consider this to be an absolute scam.
