I was constantly receiving messages saying delivery failed. When I tried to find my order it failed to find it. The failed delivery seemed to relate to it arriving in the UK. The one message from the post office delivery was to my home. It was correct and I received my item. All the previous messages were irrelevant and only caused confusion.

A disappointing purchase
The pressure spray gun was delivered within the 2 weeks promised, but its performance is extremely disappointing. It offers no more pressure than my existing spray gun, which was provided with an expanding hose. I made this purchase trusting in the website's offer of "hassle-free returns", but no documentation was provided with the item that would enable a return.

Started poorly but ended well
I first received an e-mail indicating that my order was undeliverable (on the evening of April 16). I knew from my Ring camera that no one had come to the door for a delivery that day. I tried using the links to "Track My Shipment" but these did not connect to my order. Finally on the morning of April 18 an unmarked car pulled into my driveway and dropped off my package. I'm glad this ended well, as I am unsure how I could have followed up if the delivery was not made! I hope your follow-up directions and links will be verified for the sake of your future customers!

Qinux Aquixis does not measure up to "hype" in advert
Ordered "high pressure" water jet gun, it arrived within 2 weeks but disappointed not to be able to access tracking information for 7 days after despatch notification, Very disappointed with the product no better than the standard gun already using and definitely no comparison with Karcher electric high pressure system. I ordered the product because I need to clean brickwork at high level from ladders, will now have hire scaffolding to do job. I want a refund but suspect that will be difficult

Complete Rubbish - Do Not But This Item
Purchased this item via a Facebook Ad. Its performance is nowhere near that claimed. It doesn't work like an expensive pressure washer. It doesn't scour dirt/ debris as shown in the video clips. The pressure developed is no better than the garden hose attachment I already possess. Misleading to say the least, and certainly not worth spending £62 on. And I don’t care how quickly it was delivered, that’s a total irrelevance compared with the deceptive advertising. Fortunately I bought through PayPal and got a full refund; Ecom7 would only issue a full refund if I returned the item to China at my own expense ( posted from West London), which I disputed as being unfair. The seller has provided no new information following resolution via PayPal, other than to say the case has been resolved.

The product does not relate to what was advertised. I bought it in good faith and am now angry that I've been duped. There is no discernible increase from the pressure already at my garden tap. Why go to the expense of producing such a worthless product to fit packaging, presentation and literature that at least looked convincing.
