Had a voucher, bought a course thought this is great, they let me pay...took my money.... they then said the voucher was incorrect and the course was not that cheap. The voucher worked so they should have sucked it up as it was there problem. I asked for refund on 07/05 - still not had anything back nearly three weeks later....they said it was refunded but not a penny has appeared! Emails often met with patronising replies, rude and rubbish and sick of chasing.

Spoke to Ben about 1year 6 months ago about some cyber security course, didn’t end up doing any courses at the time due to personal reasons. Called Ben up 3 days ago and spoke again with him very helpful and recommended the right cyber security courses for me to get me going. Well priced courses & professional company to deal with. Would definitely recommend

Really disappointed as I thought I would be able to gain a qualification. I am not happy to watch a bunch of YouTube videos and pay £200 for it when I can do it myself at home. Very poor customer service and Kelly is not very helpful either. She emailed me back like I was stupid.

I can only give my heartfelt thanks to Fabian and Kelly for their persistence and understanding in helping me sort my problems out. They were wonderful and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I have completed an OfQual regulated internationally recognised level 3 qualification in computer literacy. It was my first A-Level that I have ever done in my life and I'm pleased to say that I was successful. Everyone at e-courses 4 you was supportive and I have recieved my certificate of completion in a very short amount of time. I am extremely happy that I have completed this course & I'm extremely happy that I have achieved my first ever A-Level equivalent college certificate. The team was very friendly and very helpful in my experience and understood my needs well and understood that I was also working at the same time. The team was very supportive & very friendly. passed my prince2 agile exam at the begining on the 1st of December 2022 and i couldnt be anymore thrilled , i urchased a discounted package from ecourses4you and, took me 4 weeks to complete the online corurse and have my exam book, would give more stars if i could

After two more contacts about the installation routine everything was OK. Office 2019 H&B runs great. After an update, the language was changed to "GERMAN" and everyone is happy.
