The most raccist and discriminative agency
We wanted to book a cruise trip for December 2025. However, E-hoi's agent stated that packages might be not available only for opposite-sex couples. As this seemed to be odd to me, I decided to cancel, which was even confirmed as a "goodwill" by E-hoi, as I noticed them within 24h after booking. But my partner a few days later insisted to book the trip, although we are negatively discriminated, and even paid for it. Two days later E-hoi came back to us, saying we have "double-booking", therefore they cancel the second one, which has already paid.
Firstly they said that the money will be forwarded to the first booking, their team lead confirmed even twice, however turned out that not, every single day, they provided different info. At the end, they stated, that it will be refunded, but no any official document. Later on I got notification from my bank, stated, that the refund has been withrawed by the merchant. When I asked help from E-hoi regarding this, they completely ignored me for weeks! Then they said, I need to contact MSC, but MSC stated, E-hoi is the responsible here, they can not assist. So, literally they just pingponged me! When I asked for escalation, the agent (we are talking about the same agent, during the whole process), changed the communication to German, refused to speak to me in English, and involving her team lead, they stated that the case is closed on their side, and won't assist anymore. On top of it, they even added to their mail, that I should stay away from E-hoi, and I should never have business with them again.
At the end the "managing director" contacted me, and accusing of defamation, in addition, he was blaming me that all of these are my fault, what they even were able to fix it, which is not even true, because after more than 2 months later, I did not get my refund back. Moreover, E-hoi tried to make a complaint at Google to remove my review to hide their failure, however after discussion with Google's agent showing all the evidences, they were agreeing to publish this whole unbelievable and upsetting case to the world, to notify people not to use this completely incompetent agency.
So basically, I paid for a trip twice, and the original booking has never been refunded, and E-hoi just neglecting to assist although MSC stated it is E-hoi's responsibility, as I have the contract with them. The case is still unresolved, and even the general managing director does not respond to my mails and my phone calls after 2 months.
I've never in my life, I've experienced such an arrogant, discriminative, rude, unhelpful, disdainful behavior, not to mention that they do not even care that they just competely ruined our trip.
Please take it into really serious consideration to use E-hoi's services! The most discriminating, profit-oriented, shameful, disreputable company I've ever seen!

Forks and Decisions
This week was but the first week of a future journey on the southern Rhine. The first part of any journey is the plan, and the initial 'discovery' part of this plan has been a series of forks in the road, and the ladies at e-hoi cruises have been very kind in answering my questions and pointing me in the right direction. The weeks ahead should provide more forks in the road of decisions, so be ready to help me again. I look forward to the interactions.

Be careful booking from them
Be careful booking from them. For other agencies or if you book from the cruise companies directly, if you do not make the payment within 2 days, they cancel it or the price is not secured, that is all. But e-Hoi will ask you for your "cancellation fee“ for a trip you have not booked or officially paid at all.

The worst experience so far in my life…
The worst experience so far in my life and here is why:
- I had reserved a booking for their club dome party cruise and apparently given consent to their terms and condition that was hidden and written in German.
- when I wanted to cancel my trip (which at first I thought I didn’t have to as I didn’t even know I had reserved anything) they came back telling me that I had to pay a cancellation fee of 75%, why you ask? Have a look at their terms it’s ridiculous.
- once I wanted to put complaint their service team seemed to be not helpful nor willing to speak as their English was very poor. So instead of passing me along to a person who spoke English they decided to rather ask me send a email and say good bye. I mean we live in 2019, what kind of service is that??
After two weeks back and forward I ended paying for a fee of EUR 1000.
