Both parcels, which were supposed to be delivered a month apart, were delivered on the 26th and the 27th. None of them were delivered on the correct day, as they should have been for Mother's Day, which is May 26th, and Father's Day, which is in June. The company claimed I chose those days, which is disgusting to claim, no apology.

I order flowers for my fathers 90 birthday. My dad received completely different bukiet. Flowers arrangement was very poor and not enough decoration. Bukiet was not elegant and not worth the money I paid

They delivered flowers to the wrong address, later than it was promised, they called to the person who must have received these flowers and aggressively talked to her. They refused to make a refund or deliver the flowers to correct address. Don't use this service, you will just lose your money, they are scammers

Nigdy więcej!!! Mieszkam za granicą i od wielu lat korzystałam z tej firmy, były małe wpadki tu i tam ale się nie zraziłam, aż do tej pory gdzie firma pokazała zupełny brak szacunku oraz nie profesjonalne podejście do sprawy. Zamówiłam kwiaty na dzien mamy prawie z tygodniowym wyprzedzeniem, w dniu 26ego maja (dzien matki) o godzinie 20.30 dostalam emaila ze kwiaty nie zostaną dostarczone z powodu braku kwiatów w kwiaciarni. Szokujące. Odrazu odpisałam, że w takim przypadku niech dostawa będzie na drugi dzien wraz z rekompensatą np. czekoladki. W poniedziałek 27ego maja o 7.30 rano dostalam emaila z potwierdzeniem, że kwiaty i czekoladki będą dostarczone. Po prawie dwóch godzinach około 9 rano dostaje telefon od kobiety z firmy, która opowiada bzdury, że kwiaty nie będą dostarczone, gdyż moja mama zawsze robiła problemy danej kwiaciarni gdy dostawała od nich kwiaty. Totalny absurd, w glowie się nie mieści, gdyż moja mama to starsza kobieta ze wsi, która zawsze się cieszyla z bukietów a miejscowa kwiaciarnia należy do dobrej jej koleżanki. Po przez firmy błędy i nie zorganizowane podejście do sprawy, poprostu zrzucają wine na innych. Brak profesjonalizmu. A w dodatku oprócz tego, że mama nie dostala ani kwiatów ani czekoladek, to kwotę którą zapłaciłam w Funtach Brytyjskich, zwrot niestety okazał się mniejszy, oczywiście firma by się zasłoniła że taki jest przelicznik waluty na dany dzień. Wiec juz to zostawiam bo nie warto. Podsumowując ... dno, brak słów, proszę aby Panie/Panowie, którzy zamawiają cokolwiek z tej firmy dobrze się zastanowili.

Never again!!! I live abroad and have been using this company for many years, there were small mistakes here and there but I was not discouraged, until now when the company showed complete lack of respect and an unprofessional approach to the matter. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day almost a week in advance, on May 26 (Mother's Day) at 8:30 p.m. I received an email that the flowers would not be delivered due to the lack of flowers in the flower shop. Shocking. I immediately replied that in such a case the delivery would be the next day along with compensation, e.g. chocolates. On Monday, May 27, at 7:30 a.m. I received an email confirming that flowers and chocolates would be delivered. After almost two hours, around 9 am, I get a call from a woman from the company, who tells me nonsense that the flowers will not be delivered because my mother always caused problems for the flower shop when she received flowers from them. Total absurdity, I can't believe it, because my mother is an elderly woman from the countryside who was always happy with bouquets, and the local flower shop belongs to a good friend of hers. Due to companies' mistakes and unorganized approach to the matter, they simply blame others. And in addition, the amount I paid in British Pounds, the refund turned out to be smaller, of course, the company would hide the fact that this is the exchange rate for a given day. So I'm leaving it because it's not worth it. To sum up... rock bottom, no words, please ladies/gentlemen who order anything from this company think carefully.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ordered 4 different Christmas arrangements from them. None of the 4 looked like the ones that I ordered. The shape, the candles and the flowers were all different and resembled NOTHING that I paid for. Cheap flowers, cheap candles and all leftovers were used to create those arrangements. I pointed it out to them and they used some B.S. excuse stating the flower shops used the same colors that were ordered but little variation might have occurred. Well, the variations were not minor but huge!!! Be aware of their services. I wanted what I paid for and not a fully wrong order. Bad customer service. Don't bother writing a complaint as they ignore it anyhow!!!
Extremely Disappointed with the Service
I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering flowers from [eKwiaty] for my cousin's birthday, and I am utterly disappointed with the service provided. The bouquet, meant to bring joy on a special occasion, contained dead roses, completely ruining the celebration.
Upon contacting customer service to address this issue, I was met with refusal to correct the error promptly. The lack of willingness to rectify a mistake on such a significant day is deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Not only did the flowers not meet basic freshness standards, but the company's dismissive attitude towards resolving the problem has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. As a customer who paid for a service, I expected a level of professionalism and a genuine effort to make things right.
I strongly caution others against using [eKwiaty] for their floral needs. This experience has been nothing short of disheartening, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused service.
Poor quality
I ordered flowers for my mum in Poland and was very disappointed. The bouquet was not as described and of a poor quality. I made a complaint but was told that they didn't agree with it and could not refund it. I would not use this company again.
avoid at all cost
I ordered flowers for my mother 78 birthday paid, got confirmation etc. Delivery guy did not call ahead, and failed to deliver. Did not leave with neighbors, nor at the door. I gor e-mail stating that flowers are back at shop to be picked up. or I can pay 30 zl for additional delivery. Spent 3 hours trying to call, but nobody answered the phone. Then the avalanche of e-mial stated with all kinds of excuses and blaming me for the situation. All over 30 zl I was willing go pay. At some point lady suggested that my mother can go and pick up the flowers herself. Shameless and stupid. Over 30 zl they lost hundreds zl/year in future orders. Peak of stupidity.
