Do not use this company- same day…
Do not use this company- same day delivery- lies! When you chase it up through the message link on the website they don’t reply and only send half your order. When you message to see what’s going on they don’t reply! The email address and telephone number do not work. The email bounces back and no answer on the telephone number. Terrible website and the worst customer service! Avoid at all cost!!!!

We feel you have us mixed up with another website, we have never in our 5 year history offered same day delivery as it is simply not possible for us.
Our telephone lines are always open and email addresses all valid and working with 0 downtime this year.
Scam website??
Over a week with order still ‘processing’. Emailed several times with no reply and customer service number just rings out. Money has been taken for the order and concerned website is a scam now!!!

Ordered and it came the next day. 3 bottles were missing and I was informed we would get a refund. No refund came and phones havent been answered but they did reply off the facebook page. This is great as the lady wants to get the issue sorted by the weekend but then doesnt reply. No one has also replied to my message asking for an update. I will be putting in a charge back come monday if this isnt sorted as I'm £25 down

Despite website saying they were meeting delivery demands and orders were being delivered on time, I’ve waited 5 days and nothing received yet! Would have ordered elsewhere and got it sooner for £2.99 delivery or cheaper!

17hr turnaround during a pandemic
Absolutely exceptional service. I ordered 6 bottles of e-liquid just before 5 on Friday (2x 3 for £9.99 deal) and they arrived at 10am on Saturday. All the correct flavours and strengths, not even a dent on the packaging. They’re the brand I normally buy but can’t go out for as we’re having to self-isolate. The postman rang the doorbell, I explained the situation through the window and he went back up the drive before I opened the door. Great service from start to finish.
