The only reason I haven't left 5 is…

The only reason I haven't left 5 is because I am not sure who runs the service. But through a series of events I ended up using their service to convert Perfect Money USD into Bitcoin and they were SPEEDY!! It is all automated and calculates all the fees you need to allow for. Also when the transaction is underway the screen auto refreshes every 5 to 10 secs so you know the status.
Because it's automated, customer service intervene only if there's a problem.
I'd use them again.
