With all honesty, e-pocket never fails to impress me whenever I use this app for money remittance. Shoutout to Brendan,(one of the staff), who tirelessly assisting customers. Thank you so much!!!!

I have only started using e-Pocket recently to remit money to my family abroad. I don't think I will ever use another portal going forward.
There is a personal connect and touch - which is very different and evidently missing in the other money transfer websites like TransferWise, Remitly, etc.
Brendan, who I usually get in touch with - everytime I need to send funds overseas - is very prompt, professional and customer focussed.
He does his best to get me a good exchange rate. It may only be a few $ here or there but the effort and time taken is what counts.
Looks like e-Pocket is focussed towards customer retention....when there are so many other options available to customers.

Had a troubles when first opening up account on mob phone. Couldn’t connect.Tried the internet site which was successful.
Also had trouble putting receiver’s city, max 10 characters, got over that by shorten city, Mobile phone for receiver, put in country code which also extended past the number of characters needed. Can’t seem to edit city and country code receiver to recorrect the number of characters. Overall, once overcoming the problems and getting used to the process of the site operation of site it is as smooth as silk! Cash received same day at receivers bank

This is the worst international money transfer company I have been involved in in 15 years.

Their app is hopeless, they threaten you when you want compensation for spending endless hours on the phone.

I am a senior business leader in this country, and honestly these people should be acted upon - we do not fix your endless problems for free.

Tried to Register 2x with all details provided yet it keeps asking same.
When I finally did at the end when it ask to log in. It keeps asking of "Invalid Details" (I wrote it down to make sure it was correct with details required to log in. Tried with "Forgot Password" and ask for mobile number with message " Mobile is not register"

Good security system,10x faster in less than 20 seconds the money was sent to my recipient. There are no fees and I can’t believe my experience with e pocket,I will let everyone know about you guys.I love it In these days if decreasing personal service i cannot recommend them highly enough as nothing is too much trouble.

I have been doing business with e-Pocket now for a few years. I can not say anything else but great service. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Great stuff, efficient and quick response on any questions.

E-pocket makes it so easy to convert money, buy whichever Crypto you need and transfer into your destination wallet. The biggest advantage is that they are an Australian company and if needed you cal talk with them. Emails are responded most often fairly quickly so you are updated as to what’s happening. They take all processes easy to work with.

Excellent service.
I sent money to my cousin in Ghana and they received it in under a minute. Hope they add some more countries soon but can't reccomend the service enough!

Mostly using e-Pocket for their vault so I can earn interest on eth, all good so far.

This ePocket mail I receive on a regular basis is very helpful and constructive so I think the information provides me with some resources by which I make my own decisions on what actions I should take next.
