Ordered and paid for a kettle and nothing happened! contacted them via support and also emailed them. No one gets back to you. Luckily paid by visa and bank refunded.

Ordered a kettle on the 9th of July. It never arrived. On the 20th of July I received an e-mail saying "Due to technical issues tracking will only be active when the parcel reach the UK". I noticed the grammatical error "reach" instead of "reaches" and then realised I'd been scammed. The e-mail was only a delaying trick to prolong the scam. None of my e-mails have been answered. Also, when ordering, they required my telephone number. It seems I'm now on an "idiot" list and getting other scammers ringing my ex-directory number! Avoid this company, they appear to be fraudsters!

I ordered the SMEG toaster, kettle, Coffee machine. I had also ordered a Raclette and paid a total amount of £800. The Trick is they do not have a number u can reach them on. I reported to ActionFraud UK and also my bank. I got my full refund within 1 week. My husband checked their website and apparently it was created on the 1st of July and I had made an order on 11th July. Straight up we knew they were a scam because they never used to respond whenever we followed up on our order. Report to your bank and for sure u will get a refund through Visa.

As with other reviewers I too have been conned by this company. Order placed 20/7/2021 - no contact since order acknowledgment, no machine and no response to several contacts by email and website. I will be making a chargeback request vis Visa!

SCAM, bought a kettle over a month ago and still heard nothing from them. The website looks legit so I didn’t even research it first before buying - won’t be making that mistake again.

This site is definitely a scam. We have ordered an espresso machine on 15th July and we have not received it since.I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. The tracking number we have been given indicates that the package should come from Hungary. I have called the Hungarian Post and they have confirmed that there is no such item with that particular tracking number posted. Luckily we have paid by credit card so getting our money back should not be an issue, but is very annoying that this company is scamming many others out of their money. Definitely will be reporting it to the authorities as it should be shut down. Another warning sign should have been for us, that there no contact number for them nor a company registration number. Although looking on C ompanies House an individual is liked to the address on the website.I think we have learned it in the hard way that if something is too good to be true usually is.

Had same problems. Purchased coffee machine and order did not go beyond “processing “. Tried many times to contact via email addresses and web contact page. No response. Company address is a house in a residential estate and I visited the warehouse address and it is a fishing tackle shop. Lucky for me I paid wit American Express who refunded full amount no quibbles. Please stay clear, I should have known, if it is too good to be true it’s too good to be true!

UPDATE: I finally received a chargeback from my credit card company. They did not provide any additional information regarding the status of this fraudulent company. I am concerned that they have all my information and what they might be doing with it.

I'm having the same experience with this supposed online small kitchen appliance store. I ordered an espresso machine about three weeks ago now. I created an account when checking out. I can log in and see that my order is still showing as "Processing", but nothing else. The payment was processed though. I reached out a few times to ask about the status of the order, and there was no response. In the "Delivery" page of the site, it states that orders can take up to "9-10 working days during busy periods" to process. So ten days after I ordered, and with no change in the order status nor any message in response, I sent another email asking for an update or cancellation of the order and refund of my payment. Still no response. Then the following week I sent another message asking for status or refund. Still, there was no response.

Now I just need to show my credit card company that I have made attempts to resolve this with the merchant and send proof of my attempts. Hopefully, they will investigate and reverse the charge and do something about it.

So paid the money. Nothing happenes. Track your order. No you can't.
Send them emails... Nothing happens

Bought a coffee machine off this lot. Got an order confirmation then silence. They, of course, deposited the money. I have send them multiple emails to their contact address for order updates but I have heard nothing. I did this over a three week period.

I also did a bit of research on them. The warehouses they claim to use are empty and are up for rent. I cannot find this company name registered anywhere. The payment went against GEIDIUK Ltd - again not listed in Companies House.

I've come to the conclusion this is either a scam or they are woefully incompetent.

Don't bother buying anything from them.
