Great customer service
Great customer service, easy ordering. But the GLS delivery service was the worst Ive experienced. Not only the package was days late, but it was delivered to the wrong address.
Package was supposed to be delivered friday, stayed home all day in order to receive it, only to find "wrong address, back at depot" when I tracked the package.
Monday, the tracking page showed that its out for delivery the second time, so I decided to stay home all day again expecting a package. Nothing. Only an email in the afternoon saying that, yes, it was delivered 2 houses down my street. Not a huge deal, just saying they should be better off baking bread or something than delivering packages.

Verry fast and good communication
Verry fast and good communication. The only problem i had was with the delivery. Gls could not deliver on time because they had a wrong adress, but that was correct. Puma did solved and the working shoes are from verry high quality i can recommend and wil order a new pair next year. Thanks Puma with kind regards Niki
