Months waiting and I haven’t received any kind of help, nor the certificate. I believe this is a scam and I will contact my bank.

I mistakenly believed that this company was a government website..Huge mistake!!! Do not use! I have been waiting for over 14 weeks for a birth certificate from Spain. Despite constant weekly emails I have nothing. I have now had to engage an immigration lawyer at a cost of nearly 4 thousand pounds as the deadline for my Spanish nationality by birth right closes in October. I paid over 170 pounds to get documents that my solicitor tells me are FREE. You have been warned.

Although the process took a while (roughly 3 months), communication was constant, easy, and helpful. It would be good if their website explained on the side that they are actually a private management company that provides alternative services for requests through several registries in Spain. I thought they were a government branch.
