Outstanding service
Recently bought a wheel from e-rides, the delivery was blazing fast, but on the third day got a flat tire. They took the wheel to fix it even if there was a bank holiday. And, as I didn't have any other wheel, they gave me the same wheel to ride while I'm waiting for my wheel to be repaired. I know that usually tires are not covered by the warranty, but they identified that it wasn't my fault, fixed the wheel, and delivered it to my home, all for free!

Great customer service and advice…
Great customer service and advice on what type of PEV is right for you plus all the safety equipment on hand. I have been a customer for a while now and very happy with all aspects especially having a workshop to mod or fix my PEVs. the only limit is my imagination as they have performed all aspects of my repairs and mods to exactly my specification. I shall be a customer for a long time.

5 stars all the way. Amazing service and great communication throughout. This is my first euc and if I buy another it will be from E-rides because of the service I received. Delivery was next day after ordering as well. Brilliant.
