Bought a wheel, great customer service
Bought a wheel, arrived incredibly quickly. Was using it for almost a year with no problem, then had a issue with the wheel not charging. Contacted them to explain the issue. They asked if I could send a video. After checking they sent a delivery driver to pick up the wheel the next day, fixed it by replacing the motherboard and shipped it back within a few days, all free of charge. Great customer experience. Wasn't expecting it to be so hassle free, I was very impressed. No need to worry about buying from this company from my experience

Good commercial service
Good commercial service, i received a call to warn me of the taxes i would have to pay since i leave in an other country,i was not able to respond but i also receive a mail and this allow me to respond and accept the command. I have made purchase in other country that do not take such care with this kind of detail.

EUC had issues but company had excellent customer service response

The EUC I ordered did not initially function and I raised and submitted a ticket on e-Ride's website. After arranging for free pickup of the wheel they tirelessly worked through the weekend to remedy issue (keeping me constantly updated) which was successful and subsequently arranged a re-delivery; they have since offered and sent me a pair of protective gloves as compensation for the hassle. They truly made me feel like a valued customer with their communication and personalised service, and would highly recommend.

Thanks for your feedback. We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
We would like to assure you that we perform checks as soon as we receive new stocks, which may take some time to arrive from the manufacturer. After the checks, the goods are then stored in our distribution centre, ready to be dispatched. Some wheels may arrive with low battery which may drain after storage, but this is a very rare occurrence for us.
However, we will ensure this is not the case going forward. We are glad that we were able to pinpoint and fix the issue for you promptly.
Apologies again for the inconvenience this caused. When we initially spoke to you over the phone, we discussed a few solutions, including a full refund. We were subsequently able to identify a fix and rearrange a delivery, which we were under the impression that you were satisfied with, as the Inmotion V5F was your first choice. We can only apologise again for any misunderstanding.
We have tried to call you earlier, and will try again to discuss how we can make your experience better.
