Receipt of my order was faster than my expectation. The wrong quantity of one item was delivered, but the issue was resolved with one quick phone call and the missing hardware was received two days later and still within the expected timeframe. The customer service representative was very helpful, explained the situation regarding the missing hardware and made sure I knew the status each step of the way.
