Avoid at all costs paid 300 for a scooter that’s not even charging not even 3 month old no one reply’s they answer phone to say boss is on holiday then next breath it’s bit messy atm taking it further as this company is a complete joke
i ordered a E scooter on the 1/04/21, i am still waiting today is 20/04/21. they sent me a DHL tracker but it has moved for 2 weeks. i would never recommend them to family or my friends. Terrible service

Sorry, my experience with this site is very bad,, I have buy scooter of E-RYDE in date 31/03/2021 i still to yet waiting my order to yet the date now is 13/04/2021
You’ve taken to long to ship it I haven’t even received it yet
I recieved my E scooter 2 weeks late due to problems importing it from there Germany warehouse,packaging was badly damaged, luckily the scooter seems to be ok..
However there website leads you to believe that its uk stock with 3-5 day delivery and with no business telephone number to contact them made me wonder if they are a legitimate business..
however there support email address was very quick to respond to my issues about the order and reassured me throughout with tracking details.
After a couple weeks bad customer services the scooter arrived, decent site 👍🏻

I was looking for a scooter. first instinct I went to pure electric first but after such poor customer service I couldn’t go through with it. The range that e-ryde offers is much better and I 100% recommend this site to people looking for scooters.
