Lost orders and no refunds
Ordered a Nike Polo online, but never received it. I was told the shipment was lost by UPS, tried complaining but it was useless. The customer support was terrible. They never refunded me nor sent a new item, simply ghosted out. Please avoid this website if you can.

Poor after sales service from this company…
After sales service from this company is non existent. They supplied me with a faulty replacement item and refused to take any responsibility for that action, even though it was probably known to them that the part was faulty as it suddenly became available when they had just told me they had no stock. Despite numerous emails, many which were ignored they refused to offer any help or even a single euro for all of the trouble I had to go through. I had to obtain a new replacement part direct from the manufacturer and incurred further costs to myself.
