Charged me but yet no bike. Unreachable both on e-mail and phone.
I bought a bike 8 days ago but never received any information on when it would be delivered. I e-mailed them twice regarding this but got no response. The customer service number on their website leads to a team that says "because you bought your bike through the website, we can't help you". I find that very peculiar...
Nevertheless, I called the other number on their site, but nobody is picking up and the call ends after 3 ring signals.
I don't know if this is a scam site or just terrible customer service. But if I get no response within a few days I will report them.
