Ordered 4 of a product, got only 1. Have logged two tickets , no response, and appears like no way to get to a human. The “bot” on the site is idiotic and has no understanding of almost any query and won’t direct me to a human or telephone no.

First contact initiated by me was 6th April,it’s now april 11 and crickets . Whilst not an expensive part, I have bought expensive items from them, and now wonder if that was wise. Had anything gone wrong I would be out of pocket .

I was subsequently contacted and resolved

I purchased the .4 and .6 High Flow Obsidian nozzles for my Bambu 3D printer. Unfortunately, the .4 nozzle clogged during the very first print. I managed to unjam and clean it, but the problem recurred when I tried again using the stock flow calibration on the X1C printer.

To further investigate, I decided to proceed with a print to observe the performance. Again, the nozzle clogged. I performed a cold pull to check if there was any residual debris from the factory testing.

I reached out to customer service for advice, but it's been over a week, and I haven't received any response yet.

I ordered from the US and the order showed up pretty quick. I liked the product so much I order 2 more nozzles for my BambuLabs P1S'.

What is there to say at this point? They are an industry leader for a reason. Excellent design and manufacturing, top notch customer service

The product was packaged well and arrived very quickly. The installation instructions were very easy to follow and were very straightforward. Bonus including new screws, hardware and thermal paste. Product is manufactured at very high quality standards and performs flawlessly. Very satisfied with this purchase!

At first I loved my E3D Revo 6 hot end upgrades. I bought three of them. And the warrantee passed ... and then the problems started. The insulation on the Revo 6 24v 40W heater cores is made from defective material that degrades to powder in 10 months of use in day to day environment. I have had 1 hot end fail, and one hot end nearly catch fire from the electrical shorts that result .

Great experience and customer service, I wanted to change my order and add next day delivery. They sorted it out quickly and delivery arrived the next day. As expected the parts were top quality.

I bought the 0.6 mm ObXidian for my X1 Carbon. Specifically, I wanted the non-stick nozzle for PETG. I am less concerned about speed vs. PETG causing fails due to sticking to the nozzle. I ran about 750 grams of PETG-CF through the nozzle with some build up on the nozzle. Running PLA-CF in between PETG-CF helped remove the buildup. Disappointing but I think PETG is just a pain to print.

One weird thing, my CPU fan started running at a very high pitch with the ObXidian installed. When I removed the ObXidian hotend and reinstalled my 0.6 Bambu hotend the fan noise is back to normal.

Was this nozzle worth the price of over $75? Absolutely not. It is much better than the standard nozzle for printing with PETG-CF, but still has issues. Just a note I did not take the time to run a series of experiments to optimize the PETG-CF, I used Bambu's standard settings. I will still use this nozzle if/when I print with PETG/PETG-CF in the future.

Fast shipping, the Obxidian nozzle for the Bambu Lab x1 carbon is awesome. I got a second one for my other one.

Ordered from the US over the weekend but I wanted to amend my order, exchanged communications on Monday and received my order before the weekend. Packed well and exactly what I needed.

The ObXidian nozzle is easily the best available at present, for the Prusa MK4 Printer. This should virtually eliminate most issues with filament and nozzles (exception being chunks in the filament that cause clogs...). Hoping it works for years...

Simply the best for 3D printer parts. I've purchased many items direct, and through resellers, and they are the platinum standard.

My nozzle was damaged upon arrival. The box was also completely destroyed as well

Faster shipping than expected. The Revo Micro hotend is a great upgrade for the Prusa Mini, after breaking two V6 hotends from broken brass nozzles during hot tightening and accidentally installing a MK8 nozzle. Never again — and changing the nozzles is so easy now. The ObXidian nonstick nozzle works great for PETG.

This nozzle arrived in 3 days which was fantastic! The nozzle quality is top notch and passed the extreme flow test on my X1C. I started use ludicrous mode on the printer with excellent results.
