Customer Service is awesome. Quick and efficient.
And the Revo nozzles speak for themselves. Very impressed with the ObXidian HF nozzles in particular.
If you are a Bambu Lab X series or P series Maker, get the BIQU Panda Revo Hotend so you can use the Revo system nozzles!

I'm disappointed by the way E3D value their customers. I've recently placed in order over £550 (8 nozzles) and simply asked them to upgrade shipping (£3.99) for free and all I'm told by a sales advisor that nothing they can do about it. While they do selling via Amazon FBA with next day delivery for the same price (for prime members).

Super fast shipping and a great product. You cannot add more performance for less money when buying the E3D HF hot ends.

I purchased a second hand printer. When I received the machine it was printing but had obviously suffered a filament leak around the nozzle.
When changing the nozzle, the thermistor wire broke off.
I purchased all the parts for a complete rebuild from E3D and assembled them myself. I could have bought a ready assembled V6 Hotend, but I wanted to learn for myself.
Assembly was straight forward and I knew I had a genuine product. The service from E3D was very prompt and YouTube videos helpful. I knew I had their help desk if needed.
I fitted the Hotend and after calibration, it worked perfectly first time.
First class firm, and I am looking forward to upgrading the Hotend in the future.
Buy the genuine article and you know you have quality.

The e3d obsidian made the significant difference in print quality, layer adhesion and time.

Works great, heats up way quicker and much prefer the revo system.

Previously had an ender 5+ with a microswiss direct drive upgrade but kept having to change nozzles, so switched to revo which is miles easier to change.

I've ordered so many things already from E3D, always quick and good good quality. I love my hemera with the revo rapid change. Amazon has a few things here and there but I feel better ordering directly from them as I know I'll get a quality part not a quality control reject as you might on Amazon. I could be wrong Amazon sells good things too but I prefer to order these parts from E3D. thanks guys

I got a revo voron, an obx nozzle, and a heater core. They are the absolute best quality, most reliable, and took less than a week to arrive in Chicago.

Very sad. And full of emotions akin to anger.
I paid a total of £70.28 including postage, got one nozzle, which was a dream come true, and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. I also got a PANDA REVO to use that nozzle. And when it arrived and I set it in my brand new Bambu Lab P1S, the nozzle couldn't make anything right from the start. The nozzle only discharged a little bit of poop-like tangled filament, and after a while it stopped discharging. I had studied the precautions many times before installation and had prepared the modelling set-up so that there were no mistakes. However, your nozzle rendered even that preparation useless. I will say it again. When was the last time I felt so sad, or was I a fool to expect a great experience that lived up to the ObXidian name, when the brass nozzle that came with the PANDA REVO did the job right: ......
I am here to speak out so that my close friends and 3D printer enthusiasts around the world do not have to go through such a painful experience.

HF Obxidian nozzle for x1c is fantastic in every way.
