Great company to deal with.
Ordered an oven element which was delivered promptly.
With it being a slightly higher wattage, which is ok, my wife wanted me to return it.
I contacted them and they were brilliant.
They advised how to return it, suggested I do it second class, and they would refund my postage. Within a few hours I had the postage costs refunded to my PayPal.
Great company, well recommended.

Fantastic service! The product we ordered was dispatched almost as soon as we put the order through and arrived promptly. Very helpful over the phone to get correct heating element as I didn't have the model number of my AGA cooker. Delivery was quick and yes the element was the correct one 👌. I will be using them again in the future and I would strongly recommend them.
