I purchased 1 account but it debited money twice after refresh without even putting password second time

Perfect Prop Firm. I have had many payments . E8 is number one .

Terrible follow up after signing up. No instructions on what to do to trade. I had to email to get help and I'm still going back and forth. Not a good first experience and I already want a refund.

Highly do not recommend this company. It is similar to other prop firms with these inactivity rules. Its embedded within articles and rules and its truly a scam tactic, especially on evaluations. I had purchased a handful of evals was building up then had a 2 week vacation come back to find they were closed. There was no email indicating about this rule or coming up to the 7 days, at least FundedNextFutures sends an email on day 4 showing inactivity to give a warning. I still find this to be a scamming method to just get people to forget about accounts or they take a break from trading these difficult markets lately and ultimately lose out on their accounts. Plus people have personal matters going on in addition to most traders working a regular job in addition to trading. I contacted them about this as its my only offense and they offered no assistance just its my responsibility and apologized. I get it is on the trader but companies that just want to make a quick buck off people living life and not thinking about trading 24/7 should not be supported. So many better firms out there. I will not be utilizing their services again.

PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS WITH WHAT THEY PROMISE AND WHAT THEY WRITE EVERYWHERE. THESE ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE EVER SEEN. ACCOUNT WAS JUST STOPPED!! CONTACTED THEM AND LATER HAD MY ACCOUNT STOPPED AS WELL, WHICH MEANS I CANNOT LOG IN OR DO ANYTHING ELSE. THESE ARE THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS. I HAVE A REACH OF 1.5MIL ON SOCIAL MEDIA. I AM GOING TO POST ALL CONVERSATIONS AND EVERYTHING!!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE EOD, SO THE END OF DAY RULE. IT IS JUST DRAWDOWN, FINAL!!! FTMO IS THE BEST AND MOST TRUSTED FUNDED ACCOUNT. DON'T FORGET THIS!!!!

Good dashboard and good customer care

It was simple and straight to the point. I made an order within 5minutes as someone who was new to the site.

I have tried working with other companies that are considered more established and longer on the market, but the level of support I experienced there was not always as good.

In contrast, my experience with E8 Markets has been very positive so far, especially in terms of communication and customer support. Even though the company is still relatively new compared to others, this does not reduce its quality or potential in my opinion.

I believe that good service and support matter more than how long a company has been on the market.

The company has very high fee which we decide to pay,
Has very bad customer services the live chat could never help you, and it come to payout they have 80%,90%100%, but the risk management is they when do payout they what payment % is really going to be if they is 20% they will send that and never reply by email got really disappointed with e8 market.

I had a very disappointing experience with this firm.

My account was suddenly terminated after KYC verification, with accusations that I did not complete the verification myself. This is completely incorrect. I personally completed the entire KYC process. At the time, my brother was present in the room, but he had no involvement whatsoever in the verification.

Additionally, they claimed that my account was accessed from a device used by other traders. I am currently using a second-hand phone, and it is possible that the previous owner used this device for trading. However, this does not justify penalizing me without giving me a chance to clarify or re-verify my identity.

What is even more concerning is that I have been permanently banned not only from using their services but also blocked from their Discord community and prevented from making any new purchases. This feels extremely harsh and one-sided, especially without giving me any fair opportunity to explain or resolve the issue.

I followed all trading rules sincerely and maintained discipline on the account. Despite this, I was permanently banned without any proper reconsideration.

This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before investing time and money here, as genuine users may not get a fair chance to defend themselves.

I am editing my review to 5 Stars. The previous was a 1 Start. However, I am exceptionally please to see that E8 Markets did everything possible to correct the situtions. Most prop firms, ghost, don't response, refuse, and ignore the customer. E8 Market has shown that a USA prop firm is not like the others. Real people , responses, and real results. I have been looking for a prop firm that has customer service when things need to adressed and resolved. You guys rock!
