Having bought a car from E A Carsales

Having bought a car from E A Carsales, Romsey, Hampshire, there have been numerous problems, some being expensive and time consuming to resolve. My initial emails on the matter were not responded to until a letter was sent to them by recorded delivery. At this point they attempted to deny liability by referring to the sales contract.
In the event that they address the issues and concerns, the review will be updated to reflect their response, which is the measure of a company in such situations.
