very quick response. almost reply email within 24 hours. recommend other product to me when my product sold out.

Show item as in stock then over a week later after these clowns got payment they say NOT IN STOCK. Was THEIR! mistake and they now want to refund 70% of what I originally paid. NEVER AGAIN! Can't warn you strong enough to STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS!

I purchased a drone from Each Buyer. The product is faulty as it is impossible to remove the battery for charging.
I have requested a refund and am willing to return the faulty goods.
They have refused.
Do not deal with this company ... they should not be allowed to supply to
Australia.

1 MONTH after so-called shipping , email not respond, looks like a big scam...shipped 27th feb., 25th march now not received.

“I ordered the hoop rings ($5.00) and paid extra ($20) for faster shipping (promised 3-7 days). The order was made March 5, 2016, today March 20, 2016 I have not receive it. The system said it was shipped March 10, 2016, ten days ago... NOT GOOD!!!” their email doesn't work, their phone is invalid...!!!

I place an order for 2 cheap watches for sons to use for school. My mother had previously purchased the same item and it whisked its way from wherever they store in less than 10 days. So very foolishly (with the benefit of hindsight) I placed my order on the 27/1/16 I checked the site and the order number was there and an estimated delivery date of 10-20 business days. As it turned out my mum placed an order again for the same item on the same day and received hers in less than 1 calendar week. I was still waiting on 29/2/16. I emailed the company who advised me 'to have a little patience". I waited a further 3 days - still no items. Having paid via PayPal I decided to open a dispute.. The damn cheek of EachBuyer they asked me to wait until 28/3/16 them they would offer me a refund, but could I close the case. Like I am some sort of muppet that is going to close the case and loose the right to get my money back via PayPal. They have conducted no comms via the resolution centre all have been directly to my email address. Each time asking me to close the case. Eventually I was told to wait until 7/3/16 & if not received by then they would resend or refund, but could I tell them what I had ordered and the SKU number as they could not refund without this info. It leaves me feeling very uneasy that they want me to provide this info. Why would I do their job for them. I sent them a ranting email and was told by return email that seeing as I had opened a dispute I could now wait to escalate the dispute with PayPal. I know I have gone on a bit but this is a very shonky way to conduct business and I wouldn't want anyone else especially who is on low income for example to go through the hoops to get their hard earned money back from these out and pout ROBBERS !!!!! They should get ZERO STARS!!!

Don't waste your money on products you won't receive.

order on line for a CroLED High Power Waterproof RGB 16 Color LED 10W Flood Light Garden, they email saying items have been shipped on Dec 31, 2015, I paid extra for tracking, gave me a tracking no. that is unable to track. after several email last January they finally responded saying to wait until Feb. 10, 2016, feb. 10th has come and past, received nothing, email back to get refund as promised, but all silence. Do not be tempted by their products, for they will just take your money and run. AVOID this store/Site, I don't think they are honest people.

Purchased headphones with matching model number as branded manufacturer, in pictures it had brand name but was sent different/fake item, with poor quality/inadequate functionality.
After many emails offering small discount managed to get full refund but no thanks to Eachbuyer. Massive thank you to PayPal who helped to get refund.

My 10 year old son used his Christmas money to pay for a Quadcopter which was approx £60. We ordered from this company on Boxing Day and despite them taking his money we have had no further correspondence from them regarding despatch. I have emailed them 3 times now asking for confirmation but they do not reply. Thankfully we paid via PayPal so I will be taking steps to get my son's money refunded. Be careful future buyers!

I have not yet received the article!!! But the worse thing is that they dont respond to my mails ( i have sent 3 mails). I contacted them on facebook, but received the responce to write a mail which doesn't respond at all!!! Not recommended!!!

I have Ordered this on October 27th, and it was finally shipped on November 1st. The product i recieved was misleading and not real. I bough the "HD 1080P 1.5 Inch LCD Screen HD Sports Action Video Camera Waterproof Anti- shake Dustproof 130 degree wide angle". This product was not real and did not have 1080P quality. I have bought other items from this website but the camera did not do well. I would like to get a refund for my money. I have already emailed customer service but i have not got a response back. Please help me get my money back.

September 5 I ordered 3 LED-lamps and 3 power supply plugs (6 items) and paid for it. November 11 I have received an incomplete delivery with only 1 item (1 LED lamp). Missing 5 items.
I sent already two e-mails to the customer service. But no response!

Please Eachbuyer, I would like to know, when i will get the outstanding delivery with the remaining 5 items.
After receipt of the missing delivery I will rate my shopping experience with Eachbyer well.

Placed order on 11th of October and received just today 27th but was never informed about its status after the order confirmation. It's stressing after a first misadventure with buying in Asia. From other reports I feared counterfeit, but merchandise looks original. I'll stay cautious anyhow on further orders as communication is very poor and if anything goes wrong (incomplete address, absent during delivery) chances are low you get your money back, as it happened to me with another merchant last year for 120€...

I got an emergency email about an item was out of stock and wanted me to reply.

I sent sent off a reply with some questions. But No response. I have sent a few emails still no response. I have tried ring the number on the website numerous times and the phone just rings out.

I am in the dark about my order.

I placed an order on oct 8 and was wondering where my product was? Payment was already accepted.
