ZERO STAR!!!
Worst company ever that moved my stuff from GA to CA.
They lost/theft my PC that contain PII and my 65" TV and other small stuff.
Will never use this company again and maybe I should file a police report.

I Could not agreed more with other bad reviews specially with Mrs Goddard who is 100% correct and glad she left bad reviews for them regarding her mother forms. They done same thing to me and filled the form not correctly and they dont admit . They says they knew they have dont wrong but will never admit at all. Dont use this company at all. Stay away. Think 100 Times before you use them. Very bad and rude Director Nigel Stone. No professional services from them. Very rude and ignorant person to speak with. Very hard to explained to him as he will never admit their fault. Please dont waste your money as no response from them if something goes wrong. When you will make a complaint then they will put all blame on you and will insult you. Very expensive and very bad services. Stay away. Please please not use them as you will regret later. They will give you full stress. Nigel stone have no attitude and manner how to deal with customers and their complaint and also will not understand whatever you will say and keep putting blame on you . Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Nightmare to deal with company. I wish I never used them.

I found this company online, I filled out there contact form and someone called Chris Louth rang me. I needed to do a Lasting Power Of Attorney for my mother who had been diagnosed with dementia. I gave Chris Louth all my mothers details and paid £96 over the telephone using my bank card, he told me he would put some forms in the post for me to fill out, sign and send back to him so they could start the process, this was at the beginning of July, after a few weeks after receiving nothing in the post I contacted him - this took around 15 calls before he finally answered. I told him as he had done nothing and the doctors had told me my mother's mental health had deteriorated so much she wouldn't understand what a LPA actually was, he was very apologetic and said he would speak to his partner and have the refund authorised that afternoon.

It is now November and I have still NOT received a refund , I have emailed them and rang hundreds of times, NO answer! Today I managed to get through to them and someone called Nigel Stone answered the phone, I explained the situation and he was beyond rude and said to me "What a load of Crap! It's November why would you wait till now to get in contact!" I was just gobsmacked that a so called professional would speak to a client this way, he also said "It's not my fault your mothers got dementia and can't understand what's going on"

Stay well clear of these cowboys! They just prey on peoples vulnerability, take your money and do NOTHING!

Not much to say really, we had a claim running with them for 2 years to find that they'd randomly closed the case because they were waiting for paperwork to be returned, that we'd never received ourselves. No phone calls, emails, nothing.

We had a couple of random invoices arrive that we were told to ignore when we chased them up, but that's the only contact we had with them along the way.

Oh, they also returned our documents in a tattered envelope that had easily come open through its travels in the post. Fortunately they'd stuffed it so tightly that nothing came out, but it was obvious the envelope was pre-used and unsuitable to begin with.

Overall - 2 years a complete waste of time.
