Eaglemoss creates fantastic models
Eaglemoss creates fantastic models. The best I've seen. And I have a wall full of them. The customer service is also great through facebook messenger. Its really friendly and they do what they can.
Overall Eaglemoss is a little et down by delivery and the ordering system.
I have an item on pre-order for 6 months which has been available to buy several times in the last few months and is available to buy on the UK site now.
Also all of my orders are fulfilled except one, but several are marked as being processed.
Apart from that my experience has been great and I have been a customer for many years.

1967 Mustang Eleanor Collection "Gone"
I ordered a subscription for the 1967 Mustang Eleanor Collection, so far is has been one disappointment after another. First it took almost a year to receive a continuing collection starting with issues 59-70. When I received them on 6/28/2022, which was approximately 8 months, they did not have the magazines in the subscription.
The customer service response, which by the way, did not seem to care, or maybe she was having a "bad day", was they didn't know why they were not in the order and that they probably would be sent in a week or so. This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with when it comes to a subscription service period. I WOULD NOT CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR ANY MODEL SUBSCRIPTIONS.

No service for its customers.
This subscription service is the most atrocious service I have ever bought. They send you barely enough to spend 5 to 10 mins in build time sporadically and takes months to even start. When their ad.was wrong and my total cost was going to be way higher they canceled my sub at request and did not answer any refund questions. Called the representative was short and obviously in a bad mood and also tried to argue with me about the refund at all. I wouldn't bother with this company there are way better and more professional services on etsy.
