I have been riding motorcycles for over 59 years. I thought I knew everything. But when I rented my bike from Danny Brown out of Chicago it was a real wake up call. This guy knows his stuff. He made the rental experience so easy and effortless. He explained everything so clearly that I felt very comfortable with the rental.

Lora at the Orlando Harley Eagle Rider location is the best in the business. Every time we have friend’s visit us and they need to rent a bike we send them to her. She makes it easy to pick up your bike and do everything she can to get you the bike of your choice. Call Lora for the best rental experience in the country!

I will start off by saying, LORA is the absolute best!! Everything I asked for was handled flawlessly, and I’m needy! The accommodations she and EagleRider Orlando provided are second to none! I had such an amazing experience and will recommend Lora to all of my friends and family!!

We were staying in the Orlando area for the winter and went to the dealer for bike rental. EagleRider makes the whole process very easy from start to finish. We rented the bike for 3 days and had a great time going to Cocoa beach, the Tampa area and St Augustine down to Daytona! We plan on going though EagleRider this winter again for a cruise to South Florida!

I have been a Member of Eagle Rider for a few years now. Originally I joined so that I could get an idea of what type of motorcycle I enjoyed riding before I just went off and purchased one. I do a lot of research before I purchase large ticket items and I thought that by having a lot of different rental options I could narrow my new motorcycle purchase down. The reason I still have not purchased a motorcycle is that the service at my local Eagle Rider Facility has been exceptional. Danny Brown, the manager, has always been exceptional with his communication. If he can accommodate a last minute rental request he will do what he can to assist. If my first choice is not available he will work to get me something to ride. With that said all of the Eagle Rider Rentals are top quality newer model bikes. This along with the fact that I don’t have to detail a bike or store a bike is why I keep coming back season after season. Thanks Danny for the great experience.

For several yrs I've had the pleasure of working with Lora Bonifacio at Orlando Harley Davidson location. When I needed a rental whenever I was dropping off my personal bike for service she was and is always engaging in explaining the contracts and ensuring I was getting the perfect bike. Even on a personal non business conversation she is great to be around. I greatly appreciate her.

After a few years of planning, 2 of which were interrupted by the pandemic, I was finally able to fulfill an old dream and cross the United States from Chicago to Los Angeles via Route 66.
It is neither easy nor cheap for a Brazilian to make this trip. Hence, the years of planning and savings, but it was worth every penny saved: It was an unforgettable experience and the best trip of my life so far.
And it all started with the excellent and warm welcome from Danny Brown, manager of EagleRider Chicago.
He gave us all the tips, explained everything about the HD Road Glide (which I’ve never ridden before) and even welcomed us with hot coffee and donuts that he bought himself.
I recommend EagleRider to everyone and I wish everyone the luck to be attended by Danny Brown, as I was.
Danny: It was an honor met you and hope see you again soon.

I rented a Road Glide earlier this year from Lora in Orlando. My experience was out of this world! Lora was extremely pleasant and fun and went above and beyond to ensure not only the bike was in great condition and clean, but also gave me some great places to ride to!

Renting bikes for whenever my schedule allows makes convenient! Bikes are always clean and ready and plenty of variety

We had a complicated re-booking since a trip delayed due to Covid. Desiree at Eagle Rider was so helpful, and walked us through our Claim Codes, plus membership credits. She should get a raise immediately. Eagle Rider is our go-to company for motorcycle rentals and it's obvious why!

We have done several motorcycle trips with Eagle Rider and they are always amazing! California, Oregon, Nevada....all gorgeous destinations with friendly teams to get us set up and on the road as soon as we arrive. Have never had an issue with any of their bikes, always well serviced, and once we even forgot to make a reservation for one person, and they figured it all out at the last minute. Wonderful experience and great memories!

Danny makes all my trips great!! Eagle-Rider Chicago has been my spot for 5 yrs and Danny Brown is why I stay loyal. Danny is a great ambassador for Eagle-Rider Chicago!!

I am a frequent customer and most of that is because of Lora at the Orlando location. She’s always pleasant and makes the experience seamless. I actually pass by another location because I know Lora will make my experience the best. She’s courteous friendly and knowledgeable.

Not only the whole experience was excellent but I was amaze how quick and how accurate Lora made sure the motorcycle was within specs for me and my wife making a great experience!

My wife and I are from New Zealand and in Aug 22 we rented a Motorcycle off EagleRider Orlando for a 3 week trip across the States to Los Angeles. Lora Bonifacio was excellent to deal with in fact she exceeded our expectations in helping us use an expired eagle rider credit that had been put on hold due to the Covid outbreak. Thankyou Lora and the team at Orlando that helped set us up for such a memorable trip.
