Very customer centric!
I first bought the products from a reseller over a decade ago; who then introduced me to Apollo Accessories, since then I’ve been buying from them online. I travel a lot due to work. I ordered a lot of stuff during the festive season recently (Xmas 2024 and New year). Even though delivery was bordering my departure date, the team at Apollo Accessories have accommodated me well so that I get delivery of my purchases a day before I fly out.
Their products are of great quality, I’ve never had any issues and I’ve always been impressed with their customer service and Renee was very helpful with my purchase through WhatsApp.
I highly recommend Apollo Accessories!

First time using this company and absolutely amazed by them.
Customer service is fantastic. They called me to say 2 of my items were not in stock and they could refund me for them items or send something else. I asked for something else/substitute.
Items arrived following day by FedEx everything in tact and a free gift too.
This is a company I will definitely use again as such great service.

First time buyer here, I was very impressed with the service provided from beginning to finish. When I received my first product, it wasn’t the best fit for myself and my company. I had emailed the customer service department and spoke to Sid. He was very kind and generous enough to allow me to exchange the product I had bought with a manager’s approval. Recent order
I have recently made an order with E Apollo and they followed the order up with an email saying where I can and can’t sell the items I purchased if that’s what I was going to do.
I was going to do that and I couldn’t sell the products where I wanted. The email saved me hundreds of pounds. They then issued me a refund straight away.
Fantastic follow up email thinking of the customer. Great customer service when asking for the refund.
The only company ever to do this, they really do think of the customer. All around great people.
Also the products I have purchased off them are 10/10. Would recommend.

If you're a decent person, you'll love this company.
I've only recently started using this company, and I have to say that my experiences so far have been great. Yeah, sometimes there'll be something you've ordered that's out of stock - and straight away they'll call and explain. I order from various wholesalers regularly, this happens with EVERY single company I buy from. Why anyone would pick and moan about that is beyond me. The good news is that you're refunded the bits that are out of stock, and they call to let you know. We're HUMAN at the end of the day, let's not be weird about it.
Honestly, I envisage no issues. I've emailed them late at night and had a reply the next morning too. They package their shipments well, from recycled materials, and their customer service is fab. Ignore the awkward customers, you'll have zero problems here if you're a realistic, pleasant fellow human being. I bet the moaners still come back for more stock too, because their prices are fab!
