I was getting tired of the search for comfortable earplugs as I'm a side sleeper with small ear canals, and was considering having custom plugs fitted when I stumbled across Earasers. I ordered the XS/S pack with the filter meant for sleeping as earbud tips are usually too large for me in S. I didn't need to worry, the soft material and the anatomical shape made this S a perfect fit, and the earplugs are both extremely comfortable and effective.
There was a small hiccup with the order as after the initial confirmation nothing happened for a couple weeks, but after sending a follow-up email I got a call from Earasers letting me know that they would process the order asap and to ask me what colour keyring holder they could add to make up for the delay.
Really happy with the earplugs, after about three months of nightly use they still show no wear while my previous Alpines usually needed a replacement at this point. Will probably buy another pair for music/crowds later on.

These didn’t fit well in my ears, size S or M. I don’t think this is related to the size. Once correctly setup, they hurt a bit and i don’t feel sound being much reduced. Also, box is not included in the package despite one picture that let me think so.
I asked for a refund, i finally got it after chasing and sharing my experience here.

Navigating the shop and placing an order was fairly straightforward, (the only difficulty is making sure that you order the right size), and the ear protection arrived in perfect time for me to try out at a concert.
Sadly they are very awkward and fiddly to use, you can’t really tell if they’re in properly or not, their guidance isn’t helpful. You’re probably going to need to use the flashlight on your phone to see which is which, and without any sort of optional tether, if you drop one it’s probably lost forever. I didn’t even attempt to use the stringy bit to remove them because that looks like it would break off and leave you with them stuck in your ears
I actually found that certain sounds were very painful wearing these - I was looking around particularly during one song & no one else showed signs of pain (some weren’t obviously wearing any ear protection at all!) A knowledgeable friend suggested that this might have been the filter in these resonating with the synths in some way.
I did try them again on N2 when seated in a different place, but still experienced physical ear pain with certain sounds.
Not for me - they might be okay at a small pub venue if the band isn’t using synthesisers

Company with the greatest customer support I've ever encountered! Not only did they send me replacement ear plugs, but they sent even a carry case free of charge. Superb experience!

The case failed on my so I lost the bottom half of the case and them buds but they quickly sent me another pair and case

The earplugs do not give the expected level of sound reduction.

Great hearing protection: I am able to hear myself quite well while playing in an orchestra, without suffering because of the loudness. I don't give five stars just because it's not so easy to get the right size (I ordered an S, but I find it a little too big).

I got a pair of earasers for musicians. They arrived in good condition, although the delivery took a bit longer than I expected.

The product is comfortable, effective and has a reasonable price.

The earplugs are excellent, especially at raves etc parties with loud music. Shipment and everything went well.

Good sound but both the case and the strings broke after few uses

I need ear protection for playing gigs and rehearsal and these had good reviews. Delivery was fairly slow but the products and carry case seem well made. When they’re in conversation becomes difficult, but the main issue for me is that the level of attenuation doesn’t seem equal across the sound spectrum - upper and upper miss seem to be reduced much more and, as a guitar player, that’s a bit of a drawback. I’ll continue using them for now but I’m not convinced these are the solution I’m looking for.

These are the only earplugs I know which are compatible in every ear feeling like the unique ones. With a perfect filter. Finding 25 DB cancelling the best

Bought the plugs a while back. Originally loved them.
Went for new sleeves received a horrible item. Imagine getting something that good quality at first and then something that has a very poor quality and finish. Honestly very disappointed.
Asked for a return and was not given a label...do not buy this. Quality has gone down the drain.

Great customer service, I ordered the small size earplugs but found that medium would probably be a better fit. I contacted customer service about a return but was told to keep the small size and was sent the mediums plus the filter removal tool free of charge! Love the earplugs, fantastic.
