Unfortunately, the quality was not like expected. To my surprise, the packaging mentioned only -22dB instead of the -36dB mentioned on the website.
I have tried the earasers several times, but sadly, the effect is even less than with those earplugs you'll get for free at an concert or open air. So not worth the money.

Initial size didn't fit - got sent replacement earbuds when the size I'd ordered initially didn't fit. Very friendly and welcoming customer service. For me however neither size is ideal, they do create some kind of seal but can be difficult to insert and seem to give only a few dBs of attenuation. I suspect these might work better for others!

Customer support solved my issue in time.

Never got an email about my order being shipped and I don't know if I'm going to get the product I ordered or if I got scammed. Support claims they reply within 24 hours and it's been 3 days.

Excellent Customer Service and Brilliant Product would highly recommend.

I am so happy with these earplugs. I've started to get tinnitus after loud music and my cheap earplugs weren't doing enough of a job.
I find these are really comfortable and somehow block out loud noise but don't make the sound muffled.
Due to Covid I am yet to test them out on stage in a loud gig but feel confident they'll do a great job.
Really pleased with the delivery and presentation too. Thank you.

Customer service is absolutely astounding. In my case, my order somehow got lost, and for the inconvenience, they even send me two pairs of the earplugs. That was a whooping 45€ i got for free so to speak. So they really do care about there customers. The earplugs are just amazing, they are so comfortable. If you think about purchasing some from somewhere else for 20€, think again, because once you plug these babys in here, you will never regret having put on just a little more than another 20€ bill. Ears don't feel pluged up, the sound is absolutely clear, just less noisy, and they are so comforatble that you can wear them virtually for an unlimited amount of time. Im sorry that i have to say this, but someone must be stupid not to buy these. That is not a joke. I would even buy these if i would be close to broke if i would think about purchasing earplugs anyways. You just can't regret it, they are so good! Try it out for yourself. And on top of all of this, you don't even have to worry about having choosen the wrong earplug size, because if they don't fit, you can just contact the customer service via email or phone, and they replace them immediately for free for the right size you need for your ear canals. Cheers!

Great Service and Advice from Mark.
I needed the earplugs - quickly - for a long appointment at the dentist's. Having developed tinnitus over the last year I was worried about it getting worse without some kind of ear protection. Mark went out of his way to be helpful and explain which were the best ones to choose, etc. The earplugs did help lessen noises I was hearing from the drill but still allowed me to hear when the dentist asked questions. I feel it was a great investment to protect my hearing.

A good night's sleep for the first time in a long time with my new earplugs from Earasers. This product really makes a difference!
