I was looking for an Audi tt. Found this one through Jordan at Earls Autos. My phone call was answered immediately and all my questions were answered, he was very knowledgeable about it. As I was some 450 miles away, as well as a lot of photos Jordan went out of his way to send me a private video until I was totally happy. It was then delivered to my door. Hi all … I have just brought a 2013 bmw 330d off jorden ! It’s the most amazing estate I’ve ever seen …! I ask jorden to find me a car that would tick all my boxes , knowing after speaking with him , he had all the knowledge to find me the right car ! An he did better than I expected…. Every step talking to jorden from start to finish was a joy and so easy . He never rushed me with all my questions a couldn’t be any more helpful !!! Enjoyed a warm welcome and efficient sales process. Car was as described. However, I soon noticed a mechanical issue that wasn't apparent on the test drive. Jordan has been honest and fair in resolving this issue.
I have no hesitation in recommending Earls Autos and will certainly consider them for my next car.
