While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

EarlyDoors helps homebuyers explain their property search to local estate agents through one clear, structured Buyer Brief. Our aim is to make registering with relevant agents easier, so buyers can be considered when suitable homes become available. Our assistant, Scout, guides buyers through their preferred locations, budget, bedrooms, must-haves, preferences, commute, buying position and timing. Buyers review and edit their brief, then choose relevant participating estate agents to receive it. Those agents can contact the buyer directly about suitable properties. EarlyDoors is free for homebuyers. It is designed to work alongside property portals and direct relationships with estate agents. A useful brief helps an agent understand more than a price range and bedroom count: it explains what would make a home work for that particular buyer. We are preparing our initial buyer-service launch around Tring, Berkhamsted and Aylesbury while onboarding participating estate agents. Buyer Brief creation is not open yet. Buyers can join the launch list on our website and read our practical local homebuying guides and resources now. EarlyDoors was founded by Matt Wells and is operated by EARLYDOORS TECHNOLOGIES LTD. Buyers remain in control of the brief they share and the participating agents they select. Opportunities and agent responses depend on availability; early access to a property is not guaranteed.
