Zero customer support
Paid for express shipping and it’s been two and a half weeks my order is still not here. I tried contacting them several times and did not receive a reply at all. Worst ever experience and very disappointed.

Your package was attempted delivery however, the tracking notes it was unsuccessful. It is possible no one was home at the time of delivery.

There was no one home and it was unsafe to leave your package. Although it is easy to leave feedback quickly, we do recommend contacting us so we can sort out any issues you may be having.
