I contacted Early Learning Furniture with an urgent order after researching display boards online. They were very helpful on the phone and were able to check whilst I was on the line if the product could be delivered in time for our event as each board is made to order.
The board arrived when they said it would and we were very happy with the quality, it made a great addition to our display for our event.

Thank you for your review on our book trolley that you purchased from us at Early Learning Furniture recently. I appreciate your comment on delivery times and understand this can be an inconvenience. This book trolley is manufactured to order which is reflected in the dispatch time of four to six weeks as per our website. We always attempt to bring this forward as much as we can to reduce the waiting time for our valued customers as we understand you would want it as soon as possible. I am pleased to see that on this occasion it was just over three weeks delivery time from placing the order to delivery for you, but we can always still try and improve on this where we can, so I have fed your comments back to our manufacturing department to see if there is anything we can do. We always have our lead times advertised clearly on the website so if we can improve on this for our customers we will update that on the product summary page. Thank you once again for taking the time to reply to our Trust Pilot review, our customers feedback is vitally important to us.
