I canceled my membership and was still…
I canceled my membership and was still charged and a shipment sent out. I returned the package unopened and have not received a refund. Canceling via the website does not work. It was necessary to email them before my account was canceled.

Like your choice of books but did not like that it was always listed for 1 specific child. I have over 10 grand nieces and nephews I share these with.

So far no answer from customer service.
I'd like to see how they get my subscription money out since the bank is replacing my card number.

Our granddaughter is on the autism…
Our granddaughter is on the autism spectrum and while we have not yet met her, we are told that she LOVES her books. She looks at them every day and is excited when new books arrive.
We live in another State so these books also give her a connection to us as grandparents.
We appreciate what Dr Seuss books do to help youngsters learn to read.

This has been a great and easy way to get books for my little one. As a stay at home mom its a nightmare to get out of the house sometimes. So having a way to get it delivered right to your door has mad it so easy on me.
