I’m sorry the experience has been frustrating. If you completed a survey but didn’t receive the reward that was promised when you started, please contact our support team so we can investigate. Be sure to include the date and time of the survey, or even better, visit your survey session history at https://earnhaus.com/support/sessions and send us the session number for the session in question. That makes it much easier for us to identify the specific survey and review what happened.
If you did not qualify for the survey after spending a significant amount of time answering questions, you may occasionally receive a small participation credit, such as $0.10, as a courtesy. While these credits aren’t guaranteed, they’re intended to recognize the time you spent even though the survey wasn’t completed.
We appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the survey experience.
Email beats choice
One of the things that help this experience is unlike the other survey companies, stick to the surveys that you're emailed as opposed to picking your own. You'll have coffee and soda money multiple times a week.

Earn Haus is okay
Earn Haus is okay. It operates as most surveys sites do. Like most sites, some surveys are too long and involved. It takes too long to get to the cash out of $10.00. You can cash out at $5.00 but Earn Haus charges .50 cents for that and that is several surveys! I think that’s a bit much on Earn Haus part! Companies pay Earn Haus a lot as is.

You’re right that some payment methods have a small fee at lower cashout amounts. All of our payment vendors charge fees to send payments, but Earn Haus covers that fee whenever you cash out $10 or more. Also, digital gift cards have no fees at all, even if you redeem under $10.
