My first redemption process was great
My first redemption process was great. I received the money within just a couple of minutes via direct deposit via debit card. Now this redemption process looks like it may take days and is requiring me to provide sensitive personal information. And is costing a .50 transaction fee that the first one didn't require.

Direct deposit payments take 2-5 business days for all banks to process. Because you redeemed it on a Thursday, and payments aren't processed on Saturday or Sunday, this means it may take 4-7 calendar days for your bank to credit your account.
PayPal, Venmo and digital gift cards are sent the same day you redeem, so going forward you may wish to opt for that payment method if you cannot wait for your bank to process a direct deposit transfer.
All our payment processors charge fees to issue rewards, however if you redeem $10 or more (as you did when you redeemed your first $15 reward), we'll cover the fees.
Since you just requested it, if you'd like us to check if we can still cancel your direct deposit and switch to a different payment method, please contact our support team.
Payment was instantaneous.

This company actually pays out, should pay more per survey.
This company actually pays out. I have redeemed twice now and it's in my PayPal within 15 minutes. The only slight issue is it should be paying more for your time and energy. A lot of the surveys suddenly kick you out and no payment is given.

I was skeptical but my husband referred me. I’ve witnessed many cash outs from him, so I knew it wasn’t a scam. You have to have patients to complete the surveys, because most of them are for under $0.20 but you will catch some for over $1. But it does Cashout and if you stay on it consistently, you can cash out daily or every other day.

Be sure to not constantly kick an African American out of surveys as soon as that question is asked. “Shucks” would be the very next thing. Then have to start another survey in the midst of already taking one. Just for it to happen again and again.

You won’t make a lot but it’s legit
You won’t make a lot. It’s very time consuming. Signing up and starting is easy. Aggravating when you start a survey and spend 10 minutes answering questions then they say you’re not a good fit for the survey. I did make 10 bucks in one day and the transfer to PayPal was seamless. If you have extra time and need a little extra cash try it.
