Red Flag, would avoid for now.

I've used the app for nearly 2 weeks now and there is multiple red flags as well as a massive issue of me and many others just straight up not being able to withdraw through bank or their virtual card.
I understand the app is new so this could be the reason? Support just sends you in circles telling you to check back randomly for updates or excuses like its a new app. However nearly 2 weeks of not being able to withdraw is inexcusable.
There's also a bunch of issues like the app overheating your phone an unusual amount, it randomly slowing down a lot to 3fps, UI bugs, constantly having to verify your account even after doing KYC.
Also clearly has massively inflated fake stats.
As it stands I think this app is a huge read flag and would avoid it.
I'll be happy to change this review if I see for example people being able to successfully withdraw and other issues being fixed.

Hi LegendaryyBlitz,

We’re really sorry this has been your experience, especially after you already raised these issues through Discord.

You’re right that withdrawal, card, performance, and repeated verification issues should not drag on like this. We’ve asked our support lead to review your case directly so we can stop sending you in circles and understand what’s actually blocking things.

We’ll go through the Discord history, withdrawal/card issue, and app performance problems together so we can give you a clearer answer.

We appreciate you being direct here. ero is still early, but that doesn’t make it any less frustrating when you can’t access your rewards properly. We’ll do our best to get you a proper update.
