I was contactEarnstock LTD (earnstock.uk) — Investment Scam Using Fake Coinbase and HMRC Lettersed by an Earnstock…

I was contacted by an Earnstock representative calling himself Anthony Lorenzo after I filled out a form from a Facebook ad. He convinced me to invest in their “stock trading platform.” I wired $15,000 to Coinbase (then transferred to Earnstock) and also paid $270 by credit card.

My online Earnstock profile initially showed profits, but when I tried to withdraw, they demanded that I first pay “commissions” and “taxes.” They even sent fake official letters from Coinbase and HM Revenue & Customs (UK) to make it look legitimate.

After paying, communication stopped. Anthony Lorenzo and Earnstock stopped responding to emails, calls, or messages. My funds were never returned.

I am from Puerto Rico, and I have reported this to Coinbase support and my bank. Earnstock appears to be a scam operation targeting international investors via Facebook ads.

Be warned: Do not send money or crypto to Earnstock LTD. Everything about their “investment platform” is fraudulent.
