Scam, avoid at all costs!

I have purchased FiiO FT7 earpads from these guys, thinking it was official FiiO HS-FT7A ear pads after seeing their attached picture of the pads on their website, but after speaking through their customer support, they confirmed it's not the official FiiO HS-FT7A ear pads. So, I have decided to write to them again, requesting a return for the purchased ear pads and giving the order number, as suggested on their website, the product is intact, I didn't even opened it, and they haven't responded and said anything since september 27th and it's october 3rd already. I am very disappointed that I lost $70, basically.
