I like the product, but also was surprised by unexpected monthly subscription. However, upon contacted customer service by email on their website I got refund and cancellation. It was very quick and professional. I will buy again in the future, maybe thru Amazon just to sure there is no monthly charges.

Wished I’d give a zero. Got scammed! They keep your credit card on file and charge double and ship you stuff. No way to contact them. Do not order from them!! They are not a Canadian company either. I was maple washed.

Just a warning.......dont make the mistake of buy this product from this company. Once they get your address and credit card company the continue to send the product. They are IMPOSSIBLE to contact except by email. No customer service contact at ALL. If you want it, purchase from Amazon.

I just received an email from Earth Breeze claiming that I had signed up for a subscription, my next order was on its way and my credit card had been charged. I emailed them immediately to tell them I absolutely did NOT sign up for a subscription and to stop the order. They claimed it was too late and that I had signed up for subscription. When I went back to my original order, I realized the subscription option was deceptively tucked into the price per item. If you didn't look carefully, you were automatically signed up for a subscription. You had to opt out. This company is so dishonest that it's made me wonder if I can trust the claims they've made regarding their product. So far the sheets haven't been effective at removing stains and I've just read that they contain PVA (Poly Vinyl Alcohol). While the EPA maintains PVA’s “safe” status, several cities, including New York, have introduced bills to restrict or ban polyvinyl alcohol in cleaning products until more research is conducted. In the meantime, I'll be switching back to powdered detergent.

I reached out to the company about returning the dryer sheets because the scent is so strong I can’t keep the shipping box open. To date I haven’t heard back from them.

Earthbreeze is the #1 choice in laundry detergent. They offer an excellent product with even better customer service. After a misunderstanding relating to their monthly auto-ship purchase, customer service exceeded my expectations. I will definitely purchase from Earthbreeze again as they have my highest recommendation.

I ordered one pack of sheets that I never even received. Over one week with no delivery. I contacted them and they claimed it was sent usps. I checked usps Informed Delivery and there were no packages scheduled for my address. Nothing. So they lied. Now they are claiming to send a replacement. How the hell you replace nothing. Scam artists.

Customer service was great. They reached out to me after bad experience and fixed the problem immediately. I appreciate the service.

Smells very well. Cleans clothes very well. Also great for sensitive skin!

Absolute SCAM! Do NOT Order from Earth Breeze!
I ordered once just to try their product, and WITHOUT my consent or knowledge, they automatically subscribed me to a monthly subscription. Total sneaky tactic.
When I saw the next month’s order being prepared to ship, I immediately emailed them. I explained I never ordered it, asked them to cancel the shipment since it was still in their warehouse, refund my $147.25 in full, and cancel the fake recurring subscription. Their team acknowledged the mistake, promised they would stop the shipment, issue a full refund, and cancel everything.
A few days later, I get an email saying the order was shipped anyway. I contacted them again right away, made it crystal clear I did not order this and would not be responsible for any return shipping costs. I demanded they send me a prepaid shipping label to return it.
I even had to escalate to my payment provider. Instead of cooperating and admitting their error, Earth Breeze just sent the delivery confirmation and refused to refund me. I’m STILL fighting to get my money back weeks later.
They keep promising via email to send the prepaid label but never actually do it — just endless back-and-forth messages with zero resolution. Classic runaround.
Beware: These people are total scammers. They love to market themselves as a “Canadian” eco-friendly green company, but it’s all fake. They trap you with unauthorized subscriptions and then steal your money. Learn from my experience — never order from Earth Breeze. Save yourself the headache and the lost cash.

A month after ordering a One Time order, I get a $72 dollar bill on my Credit Card to Earthbreeze. Then I got an email my order had been shipped. I did NOT sign up for a subscription. Customer service said I did and was nothing they could do about it. After a hard time getting the "subscription" cancelled they still refused to refund my money since they had already shipped it. 2 days later I get an email about how to make changes to my current subscription. I am still battling it out with these very unscrupulous people. As for the product itself, I have a top loading washer. It leaves an icky white residue on the clothes and washer. And it does NOT clean well at all. You have been warned, do not buy or try this product.

Their major selling points: NO PLASTIC, NO WASTED WATER. Well, someone in marketing missed the memo. They are now selling stain remover, mostly WATER, in PLASTIC spray bottles. Mission and ethics gone, customer gone.

Mine didn’t ship from Canada either and I had to deal with canceling a subscription I never signed up for.

Meanwhile, Tru Earth is actually Canadian-made.

Misleading marketing like this is exactly how companies lose respect. This video sold me then when it took so long to arrive I looked into it not 🇨🇦 at all! Anyway will not be a retuning customer! Buyer beware ⚠️

I signed up for a subscription but didn't get what I was supposed to. When I went to cancel my subscription it was extremely difficult. Everything has to be canceled separately.

I want to share my honest experience with Earth Breeze because it’s a mix of a great product and a somewhat confusing subscription setup.

My original order was about $55.00, and I truly believed I was making a one-time purchase to try out different fragrances. About 30 days later, I received an email saying they were processing another order for $71.00—and that’s when I realized I had been signed up for a subscription without fully realizing it.

I responded within 24 hours asking what they meant, and I will say their customer service was excellent. They got back to me quickly, and I told them I did not want a subscription and wanted everything canceled. While handling that, I also logged into my account and noticed there were actually multiple subscriptions listed, which was confusing. I wasn’t sure if it was based on different scents or something else, but it definitely wasn’t clear.

They followed up right away confirming that my subscriptions were canceled, which I appreciated. However, they also explained that the current $71.00 order was already being processed and couldn’t be stopped. I asked if they could cancel it anyway, and they politely told me to contact them once I received it to see what could be done.

Once the order arrived, I decided to keep it. Honestly, I do like the product—it works well, smells great, and I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of repackaging and returning it.

Overall, I think Earth Breeze has a really good product and very responsive customer service. My only concern is how the subscription is presented. It should be much clearer during checkout, and having multiple subscriptions show up on my account made things even more confusing.

Just a heads up—make sure you double-check your order so you’re not automatically enrolled in a subscription unless that’s what you actually want.

HUGELY expensive. Apparently, I was supposed to receive some "free gifts" with my first order but received nothing but a thin envelope of what looks like small slips of paper. I suppose those are made of detergent. I only tried them once and could not tell if they cleaned the clothes or not. There was no fragrance, one way or the other. All of a sudden I received an email from them this morning (Saturday a.m.), acknowledging a second "order" (which I did not order) and telling me they had sent me ANOTHER shipment, without giving me a chance to say no. When I wrote them and told them I had not even had a chance to use the first envelope of detergent sheets, they responded claiming that I had agreed to a subscription and hoping I enjoyed the detergent and the "free gifts." What a smarmy thing to say! There were NO FREE GIFTS and the detergent is way too expensive. These people are scammers.

I ordered from this company through social media add. I ordered several products from them. I never ever saw anything suggesting a reoccurring payment or subscription! I now have a notification saying they are charging me twice what I paid before with an order I never made. Earth Breeze is a total scam company being very sneaky and fooling customers into a reoccurring plan without making it clear that is what you are signing up for!!! Customers beware of this company that acts all nice and kind in their advertising, even encouraging seniors, then scamming you into a reoccurring payment and product!!!! Don’t buy from this company!!!!

I have sent 3 notices via email to CANCEL my subscription. I've been billed for a 2nd time. And I have to put in a stop payment (which costs money) against this company.
The laundry sheets are ok. I've never had to wash my washing machine...

I tried to get a refund on an annual subscription that they sneakily got me to sign up for that I did not want. When I saw the charge, I called for a refund, and they’re telling me that because it’s already shipped, I’ll need to wait for it to arrive, ship it back, and only then will they maybe issue a refund. We both know they can cancel their shipment while it’s still on the way. They’re just banking on my not going through the hassle, but I sure am. I’ve never left a bad review in my life.

I previously enjoyed using earth breeze, but the sneaky way they signed me up for a subscription destroyed my trust in them. I buy a years worth of detergent at a time to use less packaging and buy in bulk.
Imagine my surprise when I was charged a month later for another years worth of detergent!!
Their chatGPT customer support was at least able to cancel the recurring subscription, but now I'll need to go through the hassle of returning what was already shipped. I'll never buy from Earth Breeze again.
Luckily Hank Green recently came out with an alternative eco friendly detergent sheets.
