I have 6 dogs, 5 inside/outside cats, 2 strays and a family of raccoons. All these babies, with the exception of the raccoons, are rescues. Many have issues and laundry in my house is Massive. I have a large capacity top loader for these poor babies that seems to run continuously, and a smaller top loader for my family. The Earh Breeze sheets work great. I often split a sheet in half for our personal laundry, which is more than sufficient to do a smaller load of dirty clothes. I use a full sheet with vinegar to wash my dish towels, bath towels and work clothes, with results the same as any popular bottled detergent.
I use 1 to 1-1/2 sheets with bleach to wash the animal towels, blankets, rags and anything that is too dirty to wash in the house machine. I am more than satisfied with the way their muddy, dirty, stinky, pee stained towels and blankets come clean. And have been for more then 6 months. Especially the ease of use, everything rinses clean with no soapy residue AND no giant plastic jugs to throw away (or store).
In addition, customer service is quick and very helpful. I had inadvertently opened 2 accounts and had no idea until I received 2 orders within a few weeks of each other. With no issues at all, I was told that 1 account was canceled, a refund was quick and I was told to keep or donate the extra order. What more could you ask of a company? The only thing left for them to do was The Laundry! :D

The advertising is very misleading.

The sheets are SHOWN to be a pretty good size so that you can tear them down to 1/2 or 1/3 for less than a full load.

They come in the package not even as large as a napkin.

It takes DOUBLE if not more, the number of sheets as described.

My clothes do not come out of the wash smelling fresh. Actually no scent at all. I confirmed that I bought "fresh scent".

My regular detergent not only makes my clothes smell much better, it cleans them well, and I don't have to use more than what's indicated on the container.

I'm so glad I didn't subscribe to get a better price. The one-time purchase has been my last time purchase.

I normally don't fall for all of the hype, but I did with this product and regret wasting my money.

I cancelled my subscription but keep getting the product mailed to me every
Month and then i have to contact them again to straighten it out! I find them a little incompetent and am getting tired of doing their job.

I cancelled the subscription a month in advance and they continued to ship the product to me.

I wrote to them several times and included the cancellation email and received no response from Earthbreeze.

Buyer beware.

These DID NOT get my clothes clean, I did a load of towels a very small load I washed them and dried them and they still had spots on them like they had before I washed them and so I rewashed them using Gain and they came clean.... No spots on them just as I knew they should have been the first time with your detergent sheets but since they didn't come clean I cannot keep the subscription so you can cancel it!
These have somehow got to be different than the first trial that I had because it got my clothes clean, these do not. 😞

I ordered the monthly subscription and the video at the end said "it's not too late to change to the reduced year amount" and save on transportation costs and carbon emissions. So I changed. They immediately charged me the first order and the full price for the year's bulk delivery and haven't responded to my email (which claimed to respond within 24 hours). Very dishonest and I wish I had never done business with them.

If I had read all these negative reviews, I may not have decided to subscribe. But the reviews I read beforehand were mostly positive, so I did a 3 month subscription. I guess I've been using them about 4 months now. So far so good. No excess charges, etc. As far as the product itself, the only thing I'd complain about is that I have to use double the amount they say to use. If I don't, there are no suds in the washer, and if I don't see suds, I don't feel like my clothes are getting clean. But not a big deal as far as I'm concerned. Otherwise, my clothes look, feel and smell clean when finished. I do like the fact that I don't have to lug around heavy plastic detergent containers from the store, to my driveway, and up steps to my door. So... I would recommend. 4 stars.

I gave the laundry detergent sheets (fresh scent) a try, and was thrilled with the results. They dissolve on the cold water setting, and my clothes smell amazing. A big plus is how much better my washing machine smells. Huge bonus is that it is much more environmentally friendly. I like the fact that Earth Breeze helps the homeless with the sales. I will be buying these laundry sheets again. I can't wait to see other products from this manufacturer. I am looking forward to making my carbon footprint smaller.

I love this product. I didn't sign up for a subscription. I bought 12 packs, they all came at once in a small box. They charged me exactly what I agreed to. The product is amazing. Bye bye jugs of plastic and water. One sheet does one regular load perfectly. They clean well,and are safe for delicate fabric.this brand completely dissolves, unlike others I have tried.12 jugs I didn't have to haul lift and store. they fixed laundry.

Once you subscribe to receive this product regularly, you will find yourself travelling down a worm hole from which it is impossible to find a way out. Cancellation mechanisms are very difficult to find and even should you succeed, any cancellations get completely ignored. Product is not bad, but there are better ones available, both in terms of cleaning power and usability of eco friendly packaging.

Addendum - Since posting this review, I have now had one of my subscriptions (confusing system gave rise to multiple subscriptions) cancelled. Thank you, Earthbreeze. I eagerly await cancellation of all other subscriptions remaining.

Earth Breeze is a great product with great customer service. However, I think somewhere along the shipping route with USPS, Earth Breeze products are being stolen. My husband is a USPS letter carrier, and when I asked him about my theory that the product is being stolen (our most recent Earth Breeze shipment hasn't arrived and it has been ten business days since it shipped!), he said that all letter carriers know what is being shipped in those unmarked envelopes. I mean, it *smells* like laundry detergent! I don't blame Earth Breeze that there might be some dishonest USPS employees out there. But I do wish that Earth Breeze would pay the cost to ship their product with tracking. Then they could more closely pinpoint where something went missing instead of just sending out a duplicate product (which drives up the cost for all of their customers).

The product works very well, and it is plastic-free. We should all be trying to phase out plastics from what we purchase. Vote with your wallets against Big Plastic! :-)

Are you kidding me?? You are charging me a $37 convenience fee to cancel all future deliveries!! What a rip off!! I do not want any further shipments snd NO I am NOT paying you $37 fee really this is a convenience fee Are you kidding??

They are crooks! You can't cancel your subscription, they give you BS about skipping the next shipment! You can't remove your payment method. How did they get my new debit card info? CROOKS don't buy!!!

Yes... I was charged again as if I joined But when I emailed them ..they responded within 24 hrs and resolved everything..
So dont listen to some of those negative reviews..I did and realized I had it all wrong..so try it and if it doesn't meet your expectations....

I find any business that has to use that auto ship model suspect . Every experience I have had was negative. Always shipping products that were not ordered. If a business has to go to that model I stay away . These people want to ship you something so light when compared to a gallon of detergent yet it cost way is bound to fail . Just my thoughts.

They had unauthorized charge on my pay pal account $53 for dishwasher tables and recurring 3 minute after( per my email s)I ordered.only one 60 sheet laundry box at regular price since I wanted first to try it and bypassed %40 discount unintelligible phone messaging a no real-time online chatting

Their products are MADE IN CHINA! I thought I was dealing with an American company that made products in The USA. How can they claim to be carbon neutral when they are importing their products from overseas?

I have been ordering on a regular basis from Earth Breeze for over a year now. I LOVE their stuff! The detergent sheets are amazing and I have never had an issue. I loved it so much that I just went ahead and set it up for auto ship. It knocks money off by doing it that way also. I have also tried their dishwasher tabs and I love those as well! 😊

I was charged for the product and never received a confirmation I mail, or response to my emails asking for explanations.

I went to the site after seeing a YouTube ad--super excited to try the product! As I was on their site I received an alert from my browser security app that it was an unsafe site, and I got a pop up immediately after entering their site. I see in these reviews they have shady business practices--it seems one of them is to download malware and/or adware onto your device!
They won't be getting my business. Ever. Especially after reading all these reviews!
