Had an issue with my chair for over two years now and it is still waiting to be resolved. They have disconnected their phone line, moved address and had their website suspended.
Avoid EarthCroc at all costs.
Placed order, rcd acknowledgment then nothing. No response from email or Facebook and phone number doesn't exist. Had to claim money back from PayPal.
Still waiting for my order !!! Heard all the usual stories -lost in transit etc. It's not even been dispatched yet ! After 4 days of taking my money it's still sat with them !!! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!
I bought an Earthcroc gaming chair because it looked good online. How wrong I was. I should have sent the chair back when it was first delivered. The product is poorly engineered. The upholstery is poorly constructed. Even the Earthcroc logo was poorly printed on to the fabric. It wasn't long before the thing started falling apart. I did complain. I did get my money back. Avoid the hassle - in my opinion Earthcroc is absolute rubbish quality.
Love this chair. I sit working from my office at home most days between 8-10 hours and this is a comfortable seat with plenty of lumbar support. As previous reviews have said, screwing the arms are a little tricky but I found if I attached the armrest to one side of the seat and fully attached it to the same side of the back first, doing the other side was easy. I would definitely recommend this chair, it looks good, feels good and is comfy. What more do you need.
