I bought a pair of shoes $211 dollars. I tried to return them unworn within a day of receiving them. I had to contact this organization over 26 times to eventually (60 days later) receive a paid postage. Tracking confirmed they received the shoes. They have not issued my refund even after contacting them 6 additional times. I commented on IG and they blocked me on IG. Do not buy anything from this organization.

I just received my Huaraches in Arizona Red. They are AMAZING! So cute and comfortable. I wore them all day the first day I got them. I felt comfortable and calm all day. At the end of the day, I changed into my running shoes to exercise and was shocked at how narrow my running shoes felt.

I was always so sceptical about the grounding shoes and sheets. But thought I would take a leap and order them. The shoes are my absolute favourite shoes. I have chronic knee issues and these have helped tremendously. With the sheets we have never had better sleep. I’m a believer in anything grounding now!

The shoes slipped right off my feet and were impossible to keep on. Tried to return but company said after 5 minutes of wear and tear they wouldn't honor the return. Size not necessarily correct, and return not honored.

Got these for my husband and son. Husband usually has a month of breaking in new boots, has sprained ankles and back issues. He was able to wear these boots right away with almost zero break in. He noticed his muscles in his back changing and feeling better and hasn't rolled his sprained ankle (that he's been fighting with for over 6 months) once while wearing these. Awesome boots! I also own a pair of boots and loved them so much I bought the flats and sandals. Gotten lots of positive comments on my flats. The most comfortable shoes for support, stability, quality. Well worth the cost.

The really best grounding company I’ve dealt with. From your products to customer service is excellent and helped me out once,and appreciate a good customer service company. This was September of 2025.

These shoes have changed my life. I've been wearing them for a month and have already noticed a difference, hip knee and ankle pain is gone. I wear them around the house, for walks and yard work. Already ordered the boots for hiking.

I had a great experience with the customer service from this company. I was sent the wrong shoes and they were in constant communication with me to help solve the issue. I got the Ballerina shoes that I originally ordered and love how they look and feel. I also ordered the fitted grounding sheet which feels nice on my skin and I love that I get up without stiff joints! Grounding is the best and I will definitely order more from this company. They are legit and have quality items along with excellent customer service!

My experience with Earthing Harmony was seamless and the long boots that I ordered have not disappointed. They very quickly took the shape of my sole due to the soft buttery leather that they use. I wear these inside and outside and they have become like a second skin! I have several health issues including ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis, OA, a torn meniscus, and pain issues.I’m definitely feeling better and no longer feel inflammation anywhere in my body. These products are for real and I trust the company to be true to their claims.

Customer service pretty much sucks. It’s been a month since I ordered and cannot get anyone that can explain if I will receive my product.

The quality of the product and the great customer service!

I don't recommend this company. I ordered a pair of boots that cost more than $200. After trying on for the first time one of the boots souls was defective with a large bulge making it unwearable. Contacted the company and this was their response.

Take $20 and go get them fixed yourself.

This company has no integrity

Edit: after difficulties containing the company they did send a replacement that was meeting my expectations. Over the last week i have received 3 emails from the company asking me to either change or delete my review.

This company is greatly lacking integrity and ethics.

This pair of shoes makes my heart sing!! I’ve been wearing them already to “break them in” but they’re so comfortable!!! I think they’ll be my go-to shoes for as long as they last; and they’re so well made that they will likely last a looong time.

My chiropractor recommended I start walking barefoot to help with my 77 year-old balance issues. Inside is fine, but walking outside can be hazardous. These shoes allow me to protect my feet outside and still give me the feel of going barefoot. I have two pairs. They are the absolute most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

Ordered the grounding shoes, received them in a timely manner, shoes fit great , I have only worn them in the house to get use to them , love how they look

Amazing company and customer service. The craftsmanship is amazing. The grounding concept is genius. All shoes should be made of natural materials and have a copper plate at the bottom. I recommend ordering a size down! I'm usually a size 6 and I ordered a size 5. Fits perfect.

I wasn't sure how the shoes would feel or look. I was very impressed with how well they were made and looked. I also could truly feel a connection through my feet. I had to buy a pair for my mother because I was now a believer and I know the benefits of Earthing. She had the same feelings and was deeply grateful for the gift.

The Ballerina shoes are a little small so order 1/2 size bigger. They are so comfortable and nice i have ordered more in a different color.

Earthing Harmony has Great customer support!!! I received my shoes in July and didn’t get around to returning them until December! That was Way past the 45 day window to do returns! I explained that I’m on disability and not great at follow through. They graciously worked with me and took my shoes back and sent me another pair that fit well. I’m grateful for their understanding and helpfulness 🙏🏼💜
