I purchased multiple grounding mats from Earthing Harmony after researching a number of companies. The information from Earthing Harmony resonated with me and I am excited to have the mats — at home, at the office and one as a Holiday gift. For a few decades now, I have known about grounding from Dr. Hulda Clarke when I was researching cancer and non-Western medical means of healing, prevention and general health. So the new surge in grounding equipment, like the mats make this all the more possible for us living today. I take every opportunity to put my bare feet on the ground any chance I get (as an urban dweller). I grew up on a farm so my entire childhood was “grounded”. I am grateful for these mats and will continue to monitor how the grounding is affecting my well-being now, as an elder.

This company took $300 of my money. I waited weeks to hear about my purchase. Over the course of 3 weeks I emailed them several times and received no replies. I contacted them through their chat bot on their website, and nobody ever returned my messages. I called their phone number several times. Nobody ever picks up, and they never return the messages. When my package finally showed up about a month after I ordered it, the shoes were damaged. They package them in soft cardboard gift boxes and then put them in a bag. They were completely crushed when I got them and I needed to return them. When I tried to start a return on their website with my order number and email, I was told that my order never existed. I am currently in the process of getting my money returned to me from my bank. These guys are thieves! Do not send these people any of your money.

This company has quality products that fit properly; i.e. shoes fit the foot rather than the other way around. The company keeps buyers informed on shoe construction progress and shipping status.

Their shoes are just what I was looking for.

I walk around barefoot in the house most of the time. I hate conventional shoes. Wherever I am (doctor's office, restaurant, in the car, etc.), if I can slip off my shoes, I do. Conventional shoes hurt my feet no matter what brand or style, even wide ones.

Plus, modern shoes made with synthetic materials and glued together don't last. My cowboy boots 50 years ago lasted more than 20 years! The synthetic shoe manufacturers know their shoes don't last. I found that out when the soles started coming off of my Vibram 5-finger shoes (the shoes closest, at the time, that I could find that were like walking barefoot). The manufacturer would not replace my year-old shoes stating that the glue dries out after a year or two. I'll be 80 years old next year so I am easy on shoes.

I started doing Taiichi over a year ago and the Chinese emphasis on being a part of nature, the earth and the universe made sense to me, because I always feel better when I'm outside and "playing in the dirt." I told a medical practitioner about this and how I was thinking about getting all leather moccasins. She clued me in to grounding. I researched it, found scientific proof of the benefits (I'm a retired mechanical engineer and am therefore into science) and found Earthing Harmony. FINALLY, I have shoes that fit, shoes that don't hurt my feet, shoes that I have better balance in because they encourage strengthening of the muscles in my feet, shoes that connect me with the earth and help me feel better, shoes that keep the tendons in my legs stretched, and shoes that last!

I like them so much, I've purchased a pair of Earth Harmony Chukkas and convinced my husband to buy a pair of EH Chukkas, too. He did. His problems were, shoes hurt his feet, shoes pressed on his instep (he and I both have high insteps), shoes suffocated his feet (couldn't breathe) so his feet sweat profusely, and synthetic shoes fell apart. He bought different name brand expensive leather shoes but they still hurt his feet. So he was open to trying EH grounding shoes. He just received them. He's not even thinking about the grounding benefits but I know he'll start feeling better when he wears his EH shoes regularly and ditches the synthetic junk.

I made a huge purchase July 2025 in the amount of $572.50. Basically bought a set for family members. The sheets were very poorly made. The pillow cases were different sizes and shapes and I just gave up and returned them all. The return was received August at the end of the month. I have yet to receive a refund. They claim not to have record of my order, the return, much less a refund. We are talking about $572.50.

The mat works just as described. Better sleep and less pain. It really works!

The shoes are nice looking, but... they had glue smeared around the bottom, around the bottom edge of the sole where it met the footbed was "rough finished" and honestly.. I bought these as a gift and the box was not neatly packed, the box was smashed and torn.. looking like it went through hell to get here. For $150, I at least hoped I could give them as a gift. Im quite disappointed.

Horrible customer service. They refused to pay the exchange fee in Canada because the fees were too high (150$) and they took so long to response that the 30 days were passed to file a dispute with Pay Pal. Also the shoes are only usable in good weather as they are not resistent at all to water.

I have bought it all bc I am able &tho being skeptical, I was to a point of desperation. I have bought the shoes, mat, bed mat, fitted sheets, pillowcases, I have bought it all. Honestly & sincerely I can promise you with all my heart, it works. Here is what worked best for me. I apologize for the length of this but if you’re really on a limb about this, I want to help & pay this frwd. The fitted sheets & currently I am waiting on a EH phone call to get custom fitted sheets for my bed as I am currently using the snuggle throw as my top sheet. I tried the bed mat but I missed my soft soft mattress pad that softened my entire bed to the extreme. I don’t wear pjs anymore as the diff was pretty obvious once I discarded the pjs. My shoulder (both) pain is now non existent. I had two very torn rotator cuff & had avoided surgery & both were so full of inflammation. They were painful on a daily basis. I was taking pain pills in addition to lots of ibuprofen. I am not taking anything anymore. My high anxiety has calmed so much. My mood is so much better bc I’m not in pain daily & not on a bunch of pain meds, I just feel like my old self.
My 12 yr. dog, Maggie has Cushings & had a difficult time getting up. She was on 3 diff meds & no energy, lethargic. I put the bed mat on top of her bed & large soft meditation cushion & an EH pillowcase w/ pillow on top of that. It has been nothing short of amazing!! She is off all meds (on pet cbd drops only) & running & jumping like a pup.
The shoes are wonderful as well, am just now getting to use them & bk to walking every day.
I hope this helps you if you are undecided, I stress the bare skin aspect as that is when I really saw & felt what EH products can do for you.

This company lists itself as being in the US but it is not. They also claim a quick shipping time, which isn't possible if the shoes come from outside the US. Not being transparent about their location means that we will also owe tariffs we were not expecting.

We tried to cancel our order and they didn't do it, continuing to ship the order instead and now not only do we not have the shoes in the window we needed them, we are going to owe money to tariffs and have to return the shoes anyway.

I just want others to know the things they are not disclosing clearly on their site.

I’ve purchased two pairs of shoes from Earthing Harmony and had an issue with sizing on both pairs. The return process was painless and I received my replacement pairs promptly. I will definitely without hesitation do business with Earthing Harmony again in the future.

I have now purchased four pair of Earthingharmony shoes. My feet don’t hurt anymore when I have to stand or be on my feet for a long period of time. I love them all.

The customer service is amazing. I contacted them because the shoes were first a bit tight and I was assured that whatever it was I needed would be taken care of however, I did not return them. I tried them on in the house and I was sold.

Have never been able to walk for longer than an hour without pain and with these shoes, I have been able to wear them for a minimum of 10 hours with no pain at all. These shoes are amazing. God sent them to me. Thank you so much.

I’ve been using the Earthing Harmony grounding mat under my desk, and it’s become one of my favorite little habits. It’s super easy to use, and I genuinely feel more relaxed when I have my feet on it. I love that I can stay grounded even on busy days when I can’t get outside. Great product, simple but effective

Amazing communication and loved the products! The sheets are excellent and both my teen daughter and I loved the shoes.

I bought, I tried, I did not like, I contacted and all I was offered was a 15% refund. What a poor way to honor their guarantee! I was told since I had opened, washed, and used the sheet and pillow cases, they could not refund my money. They said that they would refund me 15%, and if I accepted that, I was in agreement. I accepted because that is all they would refund me, but I told them that I was definitely NOT in agreement. What a dishonest guarantee when they say 45 days to decide and if not satisfied, they will give back your money because they don’t want it. LIE! LIE! LIE!

I struggled with sleeping soundly for years and researched the concept of “earthing” and earthing Harmony for a long time. I put the sheets on when I receive them and called into bed and that very first night. I fell asleep within a couple of minutes. When I woke up, thinking I was waking up in the middle of the night, I realized I had slept the whole night and I was wide awake and relaxed and rested! Earth Harmony sheets completely changed my life! I know how to sheets and I have pillow cases on my wish list. I love this company and everything they stand for and this is not a hoax. It is a real deal! Thank you so much to the book Earthing and EarthHarmony.💜

Earthing Harmony’s customer service was outstanding! Though, because of my wide but small feet, I experienced some difficulties getting the proper size and fit at first, Jessel, my customer service agent, was right there from beginning to end, ensuring that I was heard and that my concerns were addressed. I felt very much respected and appreciated. I ended up with three pairs of high quality shoes that I love the look and feel of!

WOW A Pillow Case That Causes Me to Sleep Deeper and Awake Refreshed
I didn't think I wasn't sleeping well, until I received my Grounding & Earthing pillow case and mattress pad. WOW, I've slept better since the first night and even as I have been recovering and healing from a difficult molar extraction. My body rests deeper and longer and I don't startle when my alarm goes off. :-)
