I booked Earth Limo for the Christmas long weekend in Las Vegas. I received a text from Derek, my driver indicating where he was in the airport when I turned on my phone after the plan landed.

We were a party of 8 and the airlines lose 2 of our luggage. Derek was very helpful and went with us to get help from our airline. We had to fill out paper work and Derek waited patiently while we do this. We never felt rushed and was able to get to our hotel without any issues.

I would make a reservation with Earth Limos when I am visiting Vegas again!

The service was professional and prompt. We were met at baggage claim with a driver holding a placard. We didn't wait at all and we had a large group - 27 adults and children. We would recommend Earth Limos and would use them again without hesitation.

Did go through the full procedure of renting a limo the day before the pickup. Procedure requires to take pics of driving license and cards via an online signup which is a bit of a pain. More frustrating is the fact that all was scheduled properly when the pickup did not happen - wanted to surprise friends at the airport when the limo did not show up at agreed (and 2 hours prior confirmed) time. Called and driver showed up 15min later (operator claimed that there was traffic) - I was asking the driver which told me that he was just informed a few min after my original appointment. Friends had to wait at the airport and all was for nothing .... No follow up / no comment. First and last time for sure

Customer service was amazing and service was perfect!

Very clean. Prompt and on time. Very accommodating. And clean and nice vehicles in excellent condition.

The driver was very courteous and very patient...we had a big group for our wedding.

Used Earth Limos to pick up multiple people simultaneously from both the Strip and North Las Vegas. Guest all arrived on time.

1. Polite and friendly employees.
2. Ordered a private sedan for NYE.
3. Thought we'd have a car with tinted windows . Silly me... thought all automobiles hired from a limo company would have tinted windows for privacy and the ultimate experience. It didn't.
4. If I wanted a "normal" car with a driver, I simply could've hired a driver from BeMyDD .com to drive my car and save hundreds of dollars.
5. This was a very special night, but diminished by not having the car we thought we should have.
6. As previously mentioned, polite and friendly employees. But if you rent from Earth Limos and want the real experience, get it in writing that the car WILL HAVE TINT.

Okay, per your request, here's more info.

No, not all your cars (sedans) had tinted windows this past New Years Eve. Person who took my order is Jenna. Driver, Michael.
I expressed my disappointment with Michael, and since we had a gap between the airport and going out for the night, Michael said he called the company to see if he could get a tinted sedan, but to no avail.

I hope this is enough info. If not, you have my number and are free to call.

The only thing that made up for the Horrible experience was the driver we had ,
The limo service company and whoever is running it doesn't take their customers serious

We had the 14 pax hummer limo. Only thing missing: the bottle opener (corkscrew)

It was a great experience. We had many drivers and vehicles during our stay for our wedding. Fun and professional drivers and very clean cars. It made it a perfect weekend.

Easy reservations over the phone. Friendly staff and drivers. When we booked our return trip to the airport, they converted our initial reservation to roundtrip (instead of one-way) and that got us a discount.

Have used Earth for three years for airport and hotel pick ups/drops. Their rates are good espicially when like this exams their were five of us with luggage. They arrive as agreed and the booking system is first rate. If it's Vegas its Earth limo

Everything went well both ways, on time no complaints

The driver arrived before the appointed time, helped us with our luggage, and was both friendly and professional. His driving skills were excellent and he got us to the airport in great time!

We are expecting the same level of service tomorrow for our return trip.

In addition we were called a day before from the pickup for a confirmation which we really appreciated.

We hired Earth Limo for a wedding. Our experience was fantastic. Our driver was friendly, courteous, and fun. We went to the famous Las Vegas sign and had our picture taken. Definitely a positive experience using Earth Limo
