QR DOESN'T EXIST.
The bracelet.... It can be nice by itself but it's simply not the product I purchased and expected.
They don't reply to your emails.
But It 's my fault, I didn't read the reviews on trustpilot before

The QR code I received does not work, and contacting support is useless—they simply don’t respond.

This is the lowest form of scam, preying on people’s goodwill by pretending to support endangered wildlife while only taking money without delivering what was promised. Avoid at all costs!

I thought I was helping the whales with my contribution, but now I’m reading everywhere that the site is fake. On top of that, you also get a tracking code showing where the whale is supposed to be, but that’s probably fake too. I’m disappointed

Received the bracelet, which was of reasonable quality but absolutely no information about tracking the wolf and no QR code to scan. It is just a bracelet and as such unable to give as a gift as I had planned.

This is a scam. Never got any products and never saw my money again. No answer on emails. To keep it short - don't order anything from here!

Utter Rubbish! What a waste of money. The QR codes don’t work and they don’t reply to emails. Don’t waste your time/money - complete scam

I have 2 creatures that I was following, a turtle, and a whale. I was able to follow both for about 3 months, and suddenly there were no updates from either from 12th May. Earth Protectors initially replied to my email, to say they were looking into the problem, but they have now gone completely silent, despite my sending several emails. I am very disappointed as I gifted 3 whales to friends, and feel I was ripped off.

Great idea to get money to clean the ocean and save the nature for future generations

It took a while to get the bracelets but it was very nice to get them and see where Zeke is.

Didn't get the right product (ordered a wolf bracelet with lapis stones, received a turtle bracelet that was bright blue turquoise) and sent an email which hasn't been responded to. After reading some of these other reviews I feel it's safe to say its either a scam or they are incompetent, and that's putting it nicely

This company is definitely a scam. Half their reviews have clearly been stolen from Fahlos website and they never actually state which charities they support. Avoid if you legitimately want to help the animals.

They emailed me to say my parcel was being returned to sender due to me putting in an incorrect address however I have proof of the address provided and it is correct. They then have the audacity to tell me to chase it up when it's their problem!

Great experiences Received my order before than expected! I will give them 5 stars
