Very poor customer service cost me $65
Earththeraputics.com refused to refund or resend my order for 5 shower brushes totalling $64.95 despite me providing Ring Camera dated photographic evidence of the thief stealing 2 parcels from outside the front door within 10 minutes of the parcels being delivered.
The sender of the other parcel, which was a much more expensive medical device shipped a new device the next day.
I wouldn't have minded if Earththeraputics said that they would seek compensation from the delivery company that failed to deliver the parcel. But they simply pointed to their Terms and Conditions and then refused to answer any follow up emails.
Very very poor customer service.
