I loved the Easee charger, almost 3 years without problem.. but the charge started dropping and now’s there a solid red line indicating the charger is overheating.. phoned the company (EFARADAY) that installed the unit, they have closed the business, had to email Easee (wish they had a phone line) they want me to remove cover and and send pictures, I don’t have the silver clip to remove charger so I can see this whole thing will drag out and take a while to solve.. I WILL NEVER BUY EASEE UNITS AGAIN.. they do business in the uk and don’t have a dedicated phone line for matters to be resolved quickly.. I will wait to see what they say.. but it seems like I got to cut my losses and have a new charger fitted.. definitely have a uk based company next time

Always felt that the mark of a good company was in their customer service if things go wrong. Had our Easee One for 3 weeks and yesterday had a critical error occur. Reported it and Meghan sent a new Chargeberry with video and full on instructions on how to replace. It took just 2 minutes to remove and replace so 24 hours later we are up and running again with a fully functional charger. Excellent Customer service and we love our Easee One, so tidy and neat. Would definitely recommend.

We have two Easee one chargers that have been in place for two years. Are they any good? NO.
They were a nightmare to install with several weeks of trying to get them to work. The two chargers are controlled by an Easee Equalizer. A baffling piece of equipment that prevents one of the chargers ever reaching 7kwh even when not using the other charger. Easee chargers are not compatible with Octopus Intelligent Go, the best UK tariff. They look ok but there are many more better looking, cheaper and more useful chargers out there. We are about to replace ours. What a waste of money. Total crap.

The worst company I have ever dealt with in twenty years of wholesaling. When you place a five grand order, you expect to be able to have a modicum of customer service; at least to tell you when it is coming so the customer can plan the job, but no, complete radio silence from Easee. What a joke.

I wrote a previous review complaining that Easee had not contacted me. I must update that review because Optimum Electrics the EV charger installer came out today and spent an hour reinstalling the charger. Great service from Optimum and very helpful from Easee.

Easee charger very poor experience, little to no after care support. Car not charging which has led to expensive electrician call outs. No issues with the car charging anywhere else, no issues with the cable, wifi, blue tooth. App ineffectively working, states completed most of the time despite not being, no update for the app required, reinstalled in, all possible trouble shooting completed. "Submit a request" as a customer on the easee web pages is not working, no contact tel no. available to speak to anyone, no option for live chat, completely left in limbo as a customer

Communication was quick and straightforward. I was impressed with how eager they were to resolve my query. Easee clearly outlined the information they needed to arrange a repair. They coordinated directly with my installer, and the repair was scheduled within 48 hours of me sharing the details they needed. The whole process was simple, stress-free, and highly efficient. Issue identified at 9pm on a Saturday night - logged online (easily) and received acknowledgement & action plan within 30 minutes.
Follow-up the next morning implemented a workaround which has fully restored service, whilst investigating the root-cause.
Professional, polite, rapid - a superb demonstration of top-notch customer support.

Today we were very lucky to have Arshad visit our home to fit an electric car charger. He was very professional, polite , courteous and friendly.
